This is an older building with smaller than normal beds. However, it is in a great location, close to many dining options and is a unique place to stay at (if you don't need a lengthier bed with better support). Staff is very friendly and helpful and we had no issues with our room.

Dated decor.

The rooms are dated and dark. Curtains need to be replaced. They had holes in them. In the kitchen sitting area sofa is a dated vinyl material. No lights in living area except a bright overhead fluorescent one. The beds were comfortable and clean.

Room was suitable for a one night stay. However, it was warmer than we anticipated so not having AC was not the best option for the stay.

Cleanliness

Fairly clean hotel. Didnt like carpets in the kitchen / dining area & no vents for the cooking area, so the whole floor smelled when someone cooked. Tub/shower had stains in it. Fans were not dusted. Dont think it was value for money

Great stay

Two king beds was fabulous. The hotel had charm and was quite unique. Biggest downfall was no AC, but there was a fan in our room which alleviated some of the heat and humidity. We were just glad it wasn't overly hot the day we were there.

Reasonable hotel in Jasper

We stayed at this property with our young family. We booked the property pretty late and there are not lots of accommodation options in Jasper anyway. The decor is pretty dated and a kitchen cabinet door did fall off in our hands which gave a comical moment. We stayed there during a particularly hot week in the summer and found the lack of air conditioning a bit tricky however, many properties in Jasper don’t actually have air-conditioning. There are bug screens on all the windows so we slept with the windows wide open. The hotel gave us one fan, which we put in the kids bedroom. overall, I would recommend this property to others. There is a coffee bar in the lobby, which looked very nice and I know there is a pool, but we didn’t have time to use it because we were exploring all the beautiful outdoors. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. Thank you Lobstick

Easy to find, clean, comfortable beds. The downside was no air conditioning and we didn't want to have the windows open all night because of noise since our room faced the street.
