Hotel feels institutional and has not been updated in years. Lobby is very nice but the rooms don't match it. Never stay in the basement rooms. Extremely low ceilings.

The room was very clean and well kept. Very pleasantly surprised at the whole place given the number of years it’s been around. Staff pleasant and accommodating.

Room was clean. Furniture is showing their age. Material on chairs is shredding. Box springs under mattresses are showing threadbare spots. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

Room like the hotel in general was very tired. For a ski room it was adequate as it provided somewhere to sleep. The price was reasonable but certainly does not warrant the jacked up high season rates. On a more positive note the fellow on the front desk was very pleasent and they accept pets.
