Property is tired and needs some money spent updating the rooms. Everything was clean and tidy. We had the 2 double beds in one room plus sofa and they were jammed in. If you are there as a couple or small family, should be ok however we had 3 kids and although the bedding allowed for it, room was cramped.

There was a group of teens from a hockey team that wreaked havoc around the hotel all weekend. Their parents didn’t seem to care to control them, and the hotel seemed to not do much other than make them relocate whenever complaints were made. They made the pool a very unwelcoming place for children and families, at multiple hours and times of day, even when asked to settle down. They were up through the night making noise in various rooms. When security would come, they would just move to a different room, and then repeatedly prank phone call the rooms that complained about their noise and behaviour. One of the worst experiences in a hotel ever, I would have expected the property managers to deal with the disturbances better than they did. Don’t think my family will be back.

Room itself was in good condition but bathroom looked like it was from another planet. Mismatched (different colors) and crooked doorknobs, makeup/shaving mirror crooked on wall and not installed properly. Toilet tank crooked, tap fixture on sink loose and couldn't be tightened as mounting nut below on left side was missing. Robe hook on back of door crooked and loose. No breakfast available in restaurant, buns and drinks only in kiosk. Sister property next door had restaurant and overpriced breakfast buffet at $24 per person but no discount offered for guests, other nearby property had very similar breakfast buffet for $15 per person. Entry doors from street were unlocked from 7am to 11pm but should have limited access via key card locks, not very safe at all for guests. Checked out one day early due to bad weather coming, prepaid via Expedia but no refund or compensation available. Property overpriced considering the lack of amenities and security.

Stay somewhere else!

Older hotel. Sink was clogged the whole time. Garbage wasn’t removed from the room. On top of all that, we had changed our dates for the hotel and got dinged a huge fee for it without even being told. After I got back I noticed the refund amount was a fraction of what I paid. Super disappointing communication! Would not recommend!

The room was clean. There was a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave. We used the pool and hot tub a few times over the weekend. Lots of parking available. We had a pet with us and treats were offered from staff, who were great to deal with. The kitchen sink dripped, but otherwise it was a pleasant weekend stay.

2 handicap people. Access stairs to " main level" not conducive for the handicaps. Handicap parking on far side of access door. Room was at such a point,that if a fire happened there would be no escape. Surprised that this is stated as accessible. Interesting what insurance or fire chief says.

The hotel was great, clean and comfortable. The indoor pool was lovely. The cafe was very average but lots of options in town for lovely food. It was easy 10 minute walk into the shops. We did hear some noise at times from the people walking around at night but this didn’t last too long. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would be happy to stay there again.
