The Lake Louise Inn was perfect for our family of 6 on our ski holiday. Being right between the Lake Louise Ski Resort with the shuttle bus picking us up literally steps from our door and the famous Lake Louise Fairmont where we rented skates only a short drive up the mountain this place impressed us. With our youngest being 10 the pool only a sprint in our swim shorts and Crocs across the lot made things even better along with the much needed hot tubs after the day of skiing for the rest of us. A great buffet breakfast in the main lodge and great pizza and cold beverages upstairs in the Timberwolf for dinner are highly recommended, we can't wait to go back again.

Well we are here to ski so that’s great but don’t expect anything else. No food at all anywhere when we arrived 9.30 on Friday night. Do not believe when restaurant says open till 11. Stop in Banff

We stayed here for one evening after skiing and was pleasantly surprised. The big surprise was the complementary smores and hot chocolate over the burning fire. They don’t do it all the time, but we hit the jackpot. Will definitely stay again

Our room was definitely not worthy of the price we paid. We were charged $180 for a double queen room wherein one of the beds was broken and un-useable due to top left side being sunken indicating a broken bed frame, the fridge did not work, the room was obviously half way through a renovation as evidenced by the ceiling paint, and the bathroom floor was dirty. Very disappointed with our expensive stay, which was not our first time. We've been here before & stayed in a standard king room, paid less, and had a much better experience.
