We absolutely loved our stay at Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise! What a fabulous stay and gorgeous scenery! The breakfast buffet wasn’t included in our rate, but I’d recommend it 100%. Basin Glacial Waters was a special treat and so worth it! We didn’t want to leave this magical place!

I love Chateau Lake Louise, but please bring back the sledding hill somewhere some how! Trading in childhood joy to build a spa that costs 1000.00 dollars a day for a family of 4 just seems sacrilege. Fairmont is iconic and there is no place like it. I have high standards for the place and it often meets it!

The staff were excellent from Check in to Check out and everything in-between. Lots of activities for guests to enjoy throughout the day and easy to book online through the QR code provided. Took part in the wine tasting, lookout hike and ice skating. They went above and beyond to make our birthday celebration special. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable beds, quiet floor to spite being next to the elevator. Window seat in the room was a wonderful touch.

The best location for a few days of relaxation or participating day tours nearby. Satisfied with top floor mountain views room which surprised the lake view is available either. The space is roomy, and the beds are comfortable. Staffs are friendly and courteous. We got welcome gifts at first night. Breakfast is really good in Louisa, it wins on its quality rather than the quantity. At the end, the only reason that I was hesitated to hold one star off is the supplement of the consumables. At first day, there is no bottle water or any bottle beverages in the cooler. The free bottle water is only offered when I request, every day during my stay. However, it is unforgettable experience for staying in the Faimont chateau. I would recommend to my friends.

Truly amazing service. My partner proposed to me here, and Fairmont staff congratulated us every chance they could! I know he made plans with staff before and during our stay. If you’re wondering where to propose to your partner…this is the place! Even before the proposal, staff were accommodating, helpful, and just overall amazing humans. I highly recommend staying here, no matter the occasion. And you can’t forget the place itself—beautiful mountain views, lake views, a range of restaurants, and plenty of activities. You’ll never want to leave. I hope we can come back soon!
