I’m a little torn writing this, as the staff were all amazing and went above and beyond, from the front desk to maintenance… but hotel itself is really not in great shape. The beds themselves were very clean and comfortable. Lobby was great. But the carpet in the room and throughout the hotel was pretty gross. Like blue/grey stains, super colorful paint stains? And just too many dark stains to feel comfortable in socks in the room. The bathroom smelled of vinegar, not cleaner, just vinegar & the light over the sink was barely on. Maintenance did come quickly to resolve some issues (beeping safe, and broken drawer that wouldn’t close), and extra pillows were delivered quickly as well. Our regular hotel options were full this weekend due to a tournament and so I picked this one over other’s available due to the pool. But that was a mistake: Theres rust everywhere (not in the pool itself), peeling paint and rusty doors. My kids went in the pool and the water was extremely cloudy, they didn’t want to stay long. The shower didn’t work and almost came out of the wall. The pool area was really dark overall. Unfortunately, I just don’t think the place warrants the price I paid, $245 total Plus pet fee. The breakfast was nice to have, I’d suggest sticking to toast and cereal. I do think if they renovate it will be a great option in Sydney, as the staff is really great. Just need to bring the quality of the hotel up or bring the price down and know what you’re getting.

Staff were great. Room was dirty. Old Kleenex in the ice bucket. Badly stained carpet. Toilet barely flushes. Fridge was dirty. Most room had no water pressure and inconsistent hot water. Over charged for what that room was by a long shot but with everything going on in town they saw an opportunity and took it to double their money on what the room was worth. Oh well it’s not illegal. The kids had fun in the pool and on the one or two games that still work in the game room.

We didn't use any of the hotel's services. We went to our room Room 257 and that was enough. The hot tub was apparently closed. We didn't bother to go to breakfast. we travelled to Tim Horton's instead. Please note: I am not a complainer. I love to make people feel good and provide positive feedback. I didn't complain while at the hotel as i didn't want to insult the STAFF WHO WERE FRIENDLY AT THE FRON DESK. We entered our room after a 4 hour commute. The toilet almost overflowed when flushed after urinating in the toilet. The carpets were extremely stained throughout the room. The light switches were filthy. The chair in the room was terribly stained it was worse than chairs you see next to the curb on garbage day. There was dried pasta in the night stand. The nightstand had a cardboard toilet or paper towel roll under one leg and a disposable cup folded under the other. The Kleenex holder was hanging off the wall. The tub was rusted on the exterior. The shower nozzle was really dirty. I did take pictures as I was told by a friend to complain, however it took me time to come to terms that I was going to need to say something. The carpets in the hallway were lifted in areas resulting in a trip hazard. The windows at the entrance looked as though they were washed with dirty water. There was glass outside on the walkway. Again, the staff were pleasant at check in and when meeting them in the hallway. Always smiled and spoke.

We found someones dirty clothes in our room, the TV remote someone wrote on the back "the only clean thing here". Also the bathrooms by the pool area smelled terrible & were disgustingly dirty with literal garbage everywhere.

Unhappy with overall stay. TV was not working and they could not fix it after they came to look at it . Large sign outside says free hot breakfast- there was no hot breakfast , instead were given a cold english muffin , a box of juice and a granola bar all in a bag- There was no hot water in the morning so had to have cold shower - pool and hot tub clean and the room was clean- would give a 3 out of 10 overall !
