Great location within Blue Mountain. Nice sized condo, but patio doors and dishwasher were not operational. Some other damage in the unit as well. Checkin is horrible as most of Blue Mountain checks in one spot.

The suits with full kitchens are great. However my fridge tho clean smelled funky, could have used a box of baking soda to deodorize. Some dishes were not clean. The mattress on the pill out couch is horrible, can feel the springs and it was not great for sleeping. Overall the rest of the property and room was great. Parking is extra. I purchased the play all day passes and was horriblely disappointed for the $65 each price tag I paid for it as option for not skiing. The pass promised all these great activities but they were all really meant for small kids not teens nor adults. The roller coaster was more a sled ride on tracks, the canopy was mostly partitioned off, the tube riding was very disappointing cause the course was not good very poor small and short for a ski hill. Great for small kids. We walked all the way snow shoeing only to get told it wasn’t included and cost extra despite how its advertised on play all day pass. The skating was horrible as well, the path very coarse and not kept well. We ended up drivng to a free outdoor ring in Collingwood 5 min away to skate for free with heated indoor change rooms. Definitely not much to do if you are not into skiing and snowboarding. I would say it is not geared for families with kids who don’t ski.

It is a great hotel, but given that we specified a quiet room, I would have expected to receive a room on the last floor. But next time, we’ll make sure to ask for it when booking. Also, I didn’t like the connecting doors for a couple like us, with no kids and no family with us. Everything else was really nice and we enjoyed the friendly staff, cleanliness and location.
