We rented a 2 bedroom village suite which looked out on the hill and was very nice. Beds super comfortable and it was clean and well stocked. Loved the central location and being right in the village. Parking underground was tight - poorly designed parking lot. Was happy to get a spot and be underground though. All in all a great getaway

Hotel Underground Parking

Our experience was somewhat mixed. The stay itself was pleasant—comfortable rooms and everything else met our expectations. However, the biggest issue was the disorganized underground parking. We arrived on a Saturday and were told at check-in that parking was available, but there were no spaces. After hours of searching, we finally found a spot at 10 p.m. Also, the underground parking is full of dead ends and very difficult to manuver through. This significantly impacted our experience, leaving us with little time to relax before an early checkout the next day. Additionally, one of the elevators was out of service, which added to the inconvenience.

We enjoyed our stay, the rooms were great and staff was helpful when asking for recommendations. However, there was only 1 elevator working and parking was horrible, 4 spaces were taken up for hotel laundry rather than in storage. We had to move laundry bins to make a parking spot that we paid for.

It’s the worst reception service i experienced. No clear direction, late check in, no space for underground parking. I wasted almost 2 hours for checkin, parking and wait for available room. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Despite visiting the check in desk to purchase parking pass and to become familiar with the area an hour before our check in time, our room was not ready at 4 pm. At 4:15 I complained and was told our room still was not ready. They began looking for a comparable room. We finally got to our room with luggage at around 5 which has frustrating since we purchased night passes to go snowboarding at Blue Mountain. We essentially lost an hour of time.

Was satisfied with everything about trip except parking. Was disappointed I paid the $20 per night parking fee and there was none available. Drove around for over an hour underground and and outside just to get a parking spot.
