This hotel is not a 5 star or even a 4 star. Rooms are outdated, tiny fridge on the floor that holds barely 2 water bottles and the fridge keeps nothing cold. Front desk was clueless when we inquired about different things within the hotel or the Blue mountain village.

I really appreciate how friendly and welcoming the staff are. Their hospitality makes the experience even more enjoyable. The pool and hot tub are also fantastic—well-maintained, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The overall atmosphere is inviting, making it a great place to unwind and enjoy some downtime.

this place is tired and wore out. garbage out by hottubs, jets not working on one. hallways heavily sprayed with disinfectant as was room, smelled stayed with you. unfortunately had dog next door with continous yapping. stayed 1 of 2 nights, just not worth it, would not recommend.

The property is starting to show its wear and tear with age, but the outdoor hot tubs make it all worth it. Most staff are fabulous. The walls are thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, good luck with your neighbours. The location is what makes this property amazing! It’s close enough to the village that myself and my 6 year old daughter could walk without issues, but shuttles are also another advantage. I would recommend.
