Staffs are friendly, they provide the services very quickly. Mosaic Suites is closed to activity area and restaurants, it also has the swimming pool and hot tubs until 11:00PM, very nice place for vacation.

Great Value!

Very family friendly hotel. Overall we had a great stay. We did have an issue with the AC not working, however Ezra at the front desk immediately sprang into action to ensure the issue was resolved immediately. He went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. The resort fee including some of the popular activities was a great cost saving for our travelling family. While I do think the pullout couches could be updated to offer more comfort. We had a great stay overall. The room was clean. We had ample space. The staff was friendly and helpful. And being a few minutes walk away from everything on the village was extremely convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

The village was great! The room was filthy unfortunately and just not worth the cost for the few days. Difficult to navigate trying to dine anywhere if you have a little one with special needs as well; I tried DoorDash to avoid any chaos and ended up with no food and losing money. Over all the village is a great little vacation spot, but the room was truly disappointing for the cost, wish it was a bit more spacious and clean.

Our recent stay at the Mosaic was excellent. We booked a one-bedroom poolside suite (room 330), and it exceeded our expectations. The view overlooking the pool and whirlpool was lovely, and the oversized balcony provided a wonderful space to relax. Having stayed at the Mosaic several times, I can confidently say that room 330 has been the best accommodation yet. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The property is conveniently located in the heart of the village, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. Underground parking was a welcome amenity, and we also appreciated the additional inclusions that came with our stay: wristbands for the gondola, access to the canopy climb, shuttle service (or drive) to the private beach, and complimentary mini golf. Overall, the Mosaic continues to be a top choice for comfort, convenience, and excellent amenities. I highly recommend both the property and, in particular, room 330.

We’ve stayed a few times in the past. We love the village and it’s convenient to that. Our toilet broke twice, the pull out bed needs the mattress thrown out it’s that bad, our check in was for 4pm but we couldn’t get in until after 5 and there were 2 bags of garbage in the hall beside our room for over a day. That being said I know they are understaffed. Ezra at the front desk did his best and sent us a bottle of wine. When the toilet broke for the second time they gave us Starbucks drink vouchers. The staff is nice and helpful and I don’t fault them for being understaffed or problems with the room We will choose a different hotel the next time we’re in the village though
