The room was very clean and well equipped. Great location. Older place but well maintained. Great for families. Nice little pool though we didn't have time to swim. The bed in the main bedroom was unfortunately very hard, would benefit from a foam topper. Would have loved a floor mat by the door as it was very snowy and messy. Is this hotel perfect? No. Is it perfectly acceptable? Yes!

The room was amazing, clean and comfortable you made our stay in the hotel a lovely memory of this area as we are seniors moving to Thunder Bay to go to a retirement living Chartwell facility. Our 3 sons live in Thunder Bay and in our last years we wanted to be close to family. Thank you for giving us a beautiful memory of your hotel. We will pass it on to our friends in Meaford-Thornbury-and Collingwood.

The staff are fantastic!!! It was a great hidden gem. Only thing I’d change is the rust around the hair products in the shower and the hand soap by the sink. Brought it down a bit but honestly the space overall was exceptionally clean! Thank you!

Staff was attentive and made my room available ahead of check-in time. The room is surprisingly large, feeling like a proper apartment with a sleeping area, living room area and kitchen with space to sit down and enjoy a meal.
