The Rose 606 is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath end unit condo. This incredible home features an open floor plan with a large, airy and modern kitchen with all new cabinets and granite counter tops. The en suite bath includes an over size walk in shower and granite surfaces. The direct gulf view from the living room, master bedroom and adjoining balcony is breathtaking from this 6th floor corner unit. Each of the other 2 bedrooms features a sliding glass door that leads to a balcony that overlooks Gulf Blvd and the inter-coastal waterway. The beautiful grounds are meticulously maintained and truly set this property apart from most of the others. Underneath parking for unit and 1 guest spot. Located in the heart of Indian Shores, it is close to shopping, local attractions, water sports, fishing, great restaurants, and just a block from the Park Blvd bridge. There is a 2 week rental minimum and books fast so make your plans ASAP to stay at The Rose 606.
