This was our third stay at the resort. Times before were awesome experiences. This trip things have changed. Check-in was extremely too slow. We booked through Expedia for a king bed room, during check-in the clerk informed us our room number and two twin beds. We brought it to his attention only to be told that was a request that you cannot specify a specific room, even though we purchased a king bed room. He stalled for an extended amount of time "looking for a king room" only to find one in E Building near the kids pool or another some place else for more money. We did end up in a king room eventually.
After check-in we had to talk with the Concierge to "plan" our stay and eventually having to listen to the sales pitch for membership. We explained to the young lady that we had been there before and knew what we wanted to do and we was not interested in membership. Her attitude with us changed after we went into the bar area and refused her offers for drinks. I know how that little scheme works.
When we finally made it to our room, we turned on the do not disturb light so that our stuff didn't get messed with or stolen. Next day we left and returned to a made bed and all of our stuff moved and rearranged. We asked for clean towels that never came, so we had to go find towels own our own.
We suffered through two wedding parties, late into the night. Very disrespectful to all the other guest just to cater to a few guest paying ridiculous amounts of money.
