When we got to our room we found a used syringe on the floor. I called reception and we were moved into a different room but weren’t offered a discount or a room upgrade or even a voucher for dinner or breakfast. It tarnished the whole stay at this property for me.

We were in town for the Vegas Knights vs Columbus Blue Jackets game. The hotel was SUPER convenient for that. With a walkway and escalator to T Mobile plaza, you can’t beat that. Room was spacious and clean! Staff was helpful and kind to us non-gamblers. Will stay again next time we are in town for a hockey game.

Our 7 night stay was amazing. We received our room at the floor 7. It was very noisy due to the roller coaster. The front desk helped me to change the room so fast and then we were absolutely satisfied with the new room. We will come back!

The style of the room was awesome and fun. I loved that there was a coffee shop right down the Chrysler Elevator. The staff was very helpful, and they were nice. Overall, I had a blast! My family and I plan to book here again the next time we're in town.
