I paid extra per night for an ocean view and we didn’t get it. Complained to reception and they didn’t care. Was told that the manager would call but haven’t heard. Disappointing!

The staff were helpful. Check-in/out was a breeze. Very handy to have a small supermarket and bottle-o downstairs. Great location for the beach although the surf club is a bit of a walk down the beach. The 2 bedroom apartment was large and had 2 x 6 seat tables which was great. However, the carpark was very small and difficult to navigate with a large car and a few more kitchen items would have been welcomed. We would stay again.

Paid extra to have a penthouse stay and could not have been more disappointed. It should be classed as 2 bedroom unit top level. The airconditioner did not work in bedroom and got bitten alive due to the apartment having no flyscreens on any windows or doors so if u wanted air wasnt good. The cupboards in ktchen were falling off hinges and nearly knocked me out dont think a penthouse would be like this and finally spa didnt work. There were a few little other things but that would be being pedantic. I usually wouldnt complain but having paid the extra to have an awesome experience by having a penthouse was a big let down
