We liked being able to park easily near the property. Staff were polite and kind at all times. We enjoyed the meals and the outlook from the main dining area. We were disappointed with the hot tub. It was not heated and apparently this has been the case for 12 months. With the weather cooling down I think a hot tub is an essential part of a holiday! We also would have liked the water activities to run until 5pm. We had no time to utilise these after check in at 2pm with activities closing at 3pm and we had to check out when it reopened at 10am the next day.

It was a standard hotel room, which was clean and comfortable for an overnight stay. Bed wasn't awesome but fine. For a resort of this size i was disappointed in the pool and spa. The weather wasnt great and it was off season, but i was still hoping for a hot spa. Its outdoor, freezing, and a bit dirty with the sand, another option would be great.

Enjoyed my stay although our room was dirty with spider webs above light fittings, bathroom looks to be patched many times and the sink had a huge crack in it

We booked through wotif as We needed a room For the night for our family of 4 as we had just driven 14 hrs from Nsw to be with my father in his last moments as he passed away. Upon leaving the hospital and making our way to the hotel, my wife rang to let them Know we were coming as it was now quite late, only to be told they did not have a room available. Even though we had a confirmation email, and the money had been taken out of our account. My wife and I and two kids had to sleep In the car that night. Was a very frustrating end to be an extremely sad day !!!!! I will not ever attempt to stay at twin waters again, and will never use wotif ever again either !!!!
