The wait to be seen in reception was 25 minutes and I was at the head of the line !! I asked for a ground floor room and got a level 1 room miles from the venue / function I was attending on site that night. I asked twice to be near the room and was not. Very Very disappointed indeed with this. I just spent $37 000 on a function and this was how I was treated. This is the first year this has happened to me. I used to get a room near the Minyama room AND there was always a thank you gift in my room. I must say I am not surprised as my event contact has changed about 6 times over the last few years. Your HR dept need to appreciate your own staff first - word on the street is there is serious problems with staffing at your venue. I could go on but will not.

Room was clean but very basic for the $$$ and garden view is a big ole palm tree straight out from your room. No view as the palm tree blocked everything. Tried ringing reception for some information and calls went completely unanswered.

Reception staff friendly. Reception area nice. Rooms are a bit out dated and musty. Spa kept on 21 degrees (cold). Was okay overall but a bit disappointing for 440$ a night

Was underwhelming. The entry looks great but as you move through the grounds they are a little older. The room did not have any Chromecast or way to stream. Light switch to bathroom near the entry door and nowhere near the bathroom. Everything was extra Hot tub in swimming pool area was not hot Kayaks were free to use but SUP not!!! Extra again I enjoyed the stay but wouldn't pay that price again. Not value for money
