Pool area was lovely and maintained well. There was a lot of construction work going on which conveniently started at 6.30am drills, grinders you name it. Also only one elevator as it was being maintained can't understand why it was taking so long. Even the owners were very dismayed by the whole situation. Didn't know that this Resort also did Time hare even thoght they no longer call it that, when I attended without my husband they wouldn't allow it and tried to reschedule but Isaid no we had other things happening. Then the amount of people complaining about th parking situation was unbelieveable especially the Owners and Ican undertsand why they live there yet they do not have allocated parking, if you leave to go somewhere it's pot luck you might just get a car space. The staff were really nice Jacob and Maria and a few others whose names I didn't get, sorry All in all Idon't think I will be staying there again, there appears to be a lot of others that seem to be better in the vicinity. On the plus side they were convenient to the shops and restaurants in the area and definately had an ocean view.

Perfect location, perfect views, great pool area, comfy bed. I find it hard to explain cause when you stay I stayed at the Ramada the rooms are average. But in saying that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The downers were not enough parking had to park on the street. And the lift service is terrible

There’s no room service or house keeping. Reception leaves at 8pm but there’s one ground keeper that stays to facilitate if you get locked out. The recreation room is dated and you have to clean your room before leaving (throw trash and stack dishwasher). Otherwise the view is outstanding from level 7 and the pool is great!

Unlucky check-in time (pool was being cleaned but no info provided when booked) Unfriendly staff, DIRTY, SMELLY, MOULDY AND OUTDATED ROOM... Only one lift working and hardly any carpark ever available undercover. Shocking place to be honest, will not book here again and thanks god we are not timeshare holders anymore.

Very family friendly property. Great views and practical pool- although the pool is exceptionally keep at 1.9m in depth across most of the pool. There wasn’t enough parking underneath the building, so had to park on the road. Our hotel room was tired, requires a renovation.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom apartment on the top floor, great sea view, except the room was in TERRIBLE condition. It had a wrap around balcony which was very nice, the living room was tiny with only 1 sofa to sit on which didn't even fit our family, so someone had to sit on kitchen stool. The room was very cold in feeling, as all white tile, no decor, and the tan carpets in the bedrooms were very dirty and stains on them. The walls were dirty and had scuff marks all over them, the bottom of the fridge was rusty, the bottom of the doors were worn away, and the floors had must not been vacuumed as there were pills on the floor when we arrived. Through the night it was raining, and the wind was blowing, but the sliding patio doors were rattling so much we had to put towels against them to stop the noise. Good thing because the rain also leaked a lot inside the doors, and the carpet was soaked when we woke up. The bathrooms were gross and caulk everywhere looked like a blind person did it, and just looked gross. The pool was nice, hot tub was nice, but both much smaller than pictures provided, so keep that in mind. Gym and rec areas needed serious upgrades. Parking was easy and the staff was super nice.

Great Hotel in a Wonderful Location

I had never been to Golden Beach before and I totally loved it. It was peaceful and the hotel was perfectly located across from the beach. The hotel room was excellent with superb views, nice swimming pool and good carparking. I would definitely stay here again if I wanted to visit the area.
