We were in a one bedroom and it was really tired, particularly the bathroom, it’s all a bit dingy, felt icky and unclean and needs a renovation. There were ants crawling in the whole place, particularly in the bath and we awoke to a big huntsman on the wall of our bedroom in the middle of the night and found one in the shower one afternoon. It was not uncommon to have ants crawling along the tiles in the shower and on the floor where our baby was playing. One day it was so bad, we had an ant attack and I spent the morning dancing around trying to take them all out. We tried to stay out of the room as much as possible as it wasn’t very nice to return there. There was also loud repair/drilling noises occurring next door which no one told us about every morning for two days while our baby was trying to sleep. Good location, close to shops and beach and handy pool. Wouldn’t stay here again and will try to find something more modern and clean.

The 1 Bedroom unit was OK. Could have been a bit cleaner. A/C was extremely noisy. Small ants throughout the Kitchen Benchtop. Bedroom wall light knob was missing on one side. Felt itchy in bed - possibility of bed bugs.

BegInning to get a bit tired . Hassles 1] woken in middle of night by false fire alarm 2] alarm went off again in error the following day 3] pool closed for most of one day because someone pooped in it 4] clothes washing machine faulty -- had to be replace but did not arrive on day promised 5] argument with staff over phone---- 5] the indicator for reception was NOT on the main screen but appeared if one played around with the phone ---- that is directly opposite to what office supervisor swore . 6] Sofa bed needs replacement springs/mattress-- try it and see !!! 7] lift out of service one day

Hey John! Unfortunately, we can't help the faults in our fire system, but are always improving so things like this don't happen. And we do apologise for the delay in the fixing of the washing machine, as we are at full capacity it gets a little crazy with allocating and fixing certain areas, but nonetheless we do apologise that it didn't get fixed on the day that was promised. As for the pool, we obviously can't control when young kids need to go, but understand the inconvenience. The phone's sleep when not in use, so there will be a blank screen until you pick it up, then it will light up and you just press the reception button, but you should have been shown as it can be a bit confusing. Thank you for your feedback as it is always what we look for when wanting to improve and upgrade our mantra.

Perfect location opposite beach and near great cafes and restaurants. Pools and spas terrific for relaxing in and units ideal for families. We would definitely stay again!

The property was in poor condition and had not been updated inside the room. The room was very clean and the location of the room to the pool was nice. Property was extremely over priced for the age of bathroom.
