Hey John! Unfortunately, we can't help the faults in our fire system, but are always improving so things like this don't happen. And we do apologise for the delay in the fixing of the washing machine, as we are at full capacity it gets a little crazy with allocating and fixing certain areas, but nonetheless we do apologise that it didn't get fixed on the day that was promised. As for the pool, we obviously can't control when young kids need to go, but understand the inconvenience. The phone's sleep when not in use, so there will be a blank screen until you pick it up, then it will light up and you just press the reception button, but you should have been shown as it can be a bit confusing. Thank you for your feedback as it is always what we look for when wanting to improve and upgrade our mantra.
