The Resort was central for the beach, eating out, and shopping. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful; great access for car parking at the resort and gaining entry to our suite; the view was magnificent from the balcony; delightful swimming pool with protection from the wind.

Friendly staff, and great facilities. Walking distance to beach, shops, entertainment and dining. Great views and had a lovely stay. Would definitely come back again.

Got to the resort about an hour before check in time and as per the email we received parked our car and were told we would be text when the room was ready. As we heard nothing we went back at 2pm and told the room not done and when I pursued the matter she called housekeeping who couldn't give a time, when I pointed out we were in motel management she said check in between 2 and 6 pm we went to the local club to wait and room finally ready at 2.30pm attitude of reception poor

Hi John, I was very disappointed to read of your experience with our front office staff when waiting on your apartment. We place a lot of emphasis on our customer service especially the first impression of the Resort on check-in. We operate at full capacity on the weekends & it is a challenge to clean apartments in the Omicron COVID environment with staff at home isolating. We are trying our best in the circumstances to get the apartments back by 2.00 pm, but inevitably there are times when we can't. Especially our occupancy is operating so high. We can't give the time when individual apartments will be ready. I apologize we didn't relay the right information in the right manner. But happy you received your apartment at 2.30 pm. I have spoken with the staff on duty to ensure our performance is far better than what you encountered. Kind Regards, Brett Thompson General Manager
