For one its a construction site, that they never informed us about, no parking available no cafe. Rooms are vrey dirty, tv not working, toilet door has a tile glued to cover a hole. Another room had half a door cut up to create a bed head. The place is very unsafe as doors are leaning on walls that can fall over, black plastic everywhere which is a slip hazard as my partner slipped on. Broken tiles in bathroom. Very disappointing and i do want a refund as refused to stay the first night so got another hotel, second night they offered another room, i took one look and went to another hotel. Never stay at this location

Room condition is very poor, extremely unclean. Faulty noisy air conditioner, broken toilet buttons. Shower rose faulty and difficult to use. Bedding old and stained and needs replacing. Fridge missing shelving in fridge and door and was freezing up. Full size ironing board needed. Walls filthy and behind doors filthy.

Location is amazing - right on Hastings St across from the beach with a great cafe below. No reception though, and facilities are basic with no pool, minibar, etc. Our fan was very creaky/loud and shower leaking, but if you want basic accommodation in a great spot at a reasonable price, this is it.

The place needs a good tidy up, walls fresh paint, new fridge, new bathroom vanity. Blinds dont meet so let in light and a bit tatty. Needs some love from the owners. On positive side bed was ok and clean. Good price for location, so handy to be able to walk straight onto Hastings st.
