We went for Hot August Nights and we have stayed there many years for this event This year the security for the parking lot with the old school cars was a nightmare and the parking for the cars was a nightmare. People from other casinos come in take parking, and leave there cars overnight. If you leave for any reason you will not get another spot. It was a complete nightmare. I highly doubt I will stay there again. Very disappointed with the whole experience, and how the peppermill is not catering to the people paying to stay at there facility during this time. Especially when nightly rates during that time have gone up so much.

We reserved our room in the North wing Thursday. When we arrived Friday to check in management put us in the west wing and stated it was due to some guest in our room that refused to leave and would not check out. When we got upset and argued that we were mislead, management by the name Jamie got verbally aggressive and said some very rude and vulgar comments also refusing to give a reasonable explanation as to why these guests were not being removed from the property for violating checkout procedures. Then we tried to de escalate the situation by simply asking for a discount due to the circumstances and was met with denial and more disrespect. We stay here many times and are always met with kindness, compassion, and courtesy. But this time was very rude and disrespectful
