I loved the restaurant choices, I really disliked the front desk staff. When I had an issue with my flights, getting bumped off. I needed another nights stay and she wanted to charge me a huge amount and another deposit. She talked down to us like we were trash. I wished I would have gotten her name. I went to Circus Circus and was treated with respect. They understood what happened and only charged us 50 dollars for the night. I will never recommend or stay there again.

A lot of walking through casino to get to restaurants, elevators and parking garage. And it’s a very long walk if you don’t stay in the peppermill tower. Food is great, customer service is great and lots of activities going on!
