Enjoyed my stay. I stayed in north wing. I liked that the car was right outside n close by without having to go thru casino. Only downfall was that i was hard to navigate to n from hotel from the north wing. I got lost 1st day but after that it was fine. Quit a walk n have to go thru elevator 2 time b4 getting to main casino.

Security Gabe was hanging out in room & when he got upset with me he accused me of having contraband in room. I noted employees taking pictures of me as I was walking down & got confirmation from Lance the night manager that photos were being taken of me by staff & I kindly asked why & to not be photographed by his staff. I was then told that his employee Gabe stated I had contraband in the room and I offered to let them up or call the police to get this handled and they did not want police involved nor did they confirm the accusations and we got kicked out at 3:00AM with no refund. Lance stated that his employee saying this was more than enough to get a tresspass. It's insane to me how you can be kicked out no refund in the middle of the night & photographed & harassed by staff and get accused of things with no proof and they refuse to look in to what was said or get police involved. This was the most horrible thing I've ever experienced. Security Gabe hanging out in the room with customer while on duty, gets mad, accusations were made & they refuse to look into it & stated its ok for security to be hanging out in rooms while on duty as long as customers are ok with it. Also that employees can make accusations without proof & that you may be kicked out no refund! That's INSANE to me. I was calm & respectful at all times but they even tried to paint me as misbehaving so they could get me out of the room faster. Be careful with the staff here!! Crazy.

Awesome oasis

Wonderful place to stay and enjoy romantic getaway. Dinner at Oceana restaurant was delicious. Casino was fun! and health spa was pure heaven! All staff was pleasant and very attentive, making our stay the most memorable experience! And a bonus: great golf course is just 15 min drive away… Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We always love to stay at the Peppermill. This last time (Oct 11-12) It was way more smokier than before. Drinks took about 40 minutes to be brought back after ordering which seemed like a long time. This wont deter us from coming back, but it's good info for next time. Beds are super comfy though and rooms are always nice and clean.
