I’m sorry but we couldn’t find one thing that wasn’t great ! We had a great time , our room was super nice and all the staff were superb. The facility was clean and looked amazing ! We will be going back for sure !

The only thing that I can say is the food was good in both restaurants.Out of outside of that the place is filthy. Mold in the shower. The elevators were dirty and haven't looked like they have been wiped down for years. Housekeeping should be ashamed and retrained.

Booked grand suite (or whatever it was called) but disappointed to be placed on 4th floor with a view of the HVAC system and right next door to maid's room. As i came in late Sunday afternoon, thought i could get a better room -- was placed in same room just three floors higher. Not much difference...really disappointing. The restaurants were just ok. The pool area was really nice, and fitness center outstanding. Casino was perfectly fine; had pretty much everything I was looking for.
