We got a room with the pool view & we loved it. Made our pleasure trip more lively. Restaurants had excellent, good quality food. And the beds were made daily & the bathroom was straightened up with clean towels also daily. The resort was light & bright with new fixtures. Absolutely beautiful & clean compared to other Reno hotels. No stale smell. However, I don’t know if facility was eco-friendly. In conclusion, I will definitely come back.

Property and doning was amazing. The ONLY negative was the casino...tables just didn't play and dealers were not friendly with the exception of a few. We were there 4 days and tried playing the table games all 4vdays. In addition to most of the dealers never smilling...the tables were terrible. Nobody was winning. Dealer kept getting all the winning hands. This was consistent over the 4 days. Loved the dini g choices...all of them. They were super friendly and gave great service!!!

I never stayed and was charged. Spoke to peppermil and expedia and they still chrged me. Simple mistake within 2 hours of booking wrong dates and they were completely booked and did not refund me. They made there moneyband still charged me. They would of never lost mo ey.

Peppermill is always great. Might of not had the best view but the room was pleasant and dark and quiet. A perfect place to rest after a day of flying. Our afternoon nap was brilliant. Had dinner at the steakhouse which was a rather magical dining experience. Bimini was excellent. 100 percent recommend eating there.

My experience with the comfort of the bed was good; however, there was an odor that gave me a headache. I requested a room change, but I was informed that the new room could potentially have an even worse smell. An air purifier was then placed in the room, which helped to improve the situation. My fiancée and I LOVED THIS PLACE! We went to Reno to visit my brother, who lives there. He wanted to show us Lake Tahoe and some other things to do around town, but we pushed most of that off until our next Reno visit because The Peppermill had everything we needed or wanted right there at our fingertips, and we really didn’t want to leave. We had such an amazing time! The room was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the arcade was a blast, the gambling was fun, the pool was amazing, the restaurants were delicious, the lounge had a live band that blew our socks off, and I could go on about all the little things in between. I found out during our stay that my brother’s best friend recommends The Peppermill to all of his friends and family when they come to visit, and now I can highly recommend it as well. We will definitely be back again someday!
