It’s really frustrating to come in with teenagers who want to go use the pool but unfortunately, your pool closes at 8 PM on top of that you charge me a resort fee but what luxuries did I get with this fee parking around this facility was closed down and was very challenging to get into

Decor was really nice. I love the Legend of old Silver.The room air conditioning is not cooling and the refrigerator is also not working properly. There is no fan in the bathroom. I did call front desk and the lady who answered the phone said I can bring all my belongings downstairs and she will gave me a different room. They won’t let you borrow a cart and I’m not hauling all my belongings downstairs. We just decided to just stay our two nights. I will not be staying here again.

One elevator running was a BIG issue...took me 15 min to get an elevator to go down for breakfast..must fix this but definitely frustrating for many guests. At the front desk for checkin, lady checking us in was unbelievably nice and thorough!

Amazing that there’s three casinos basically under one roof. Beds were great as was the room. The only negative was the toilet paper, it was see through paper and quite rough. Overall experience was positive, great facility.

Charged a resort fee above the regular booking even though we were told it was a one time fee per stay at the desk by the check in clerk. It is actually charged each day of your stay. The fee was supposed to pay for the pool which was drained and closed for a portion of our stay. Sometimes we got housekeeping and sometimes not. Restraints were always closed. People were horribly rude. Smokey and smelly everywhere. Had we not had to be there for a stay and play tournament we would have left. Do NOT recommend!

Not a great stay! Room was not the cleanest . Went to take shower and there was blood on the “clean “ Housekeeping walked into our room, Apparently I didn’t hear her knock, because I was in the shower!!! This happened at 10am, check out was at noon!!! Supervisor apologize stating a manager would call us….well that did not happen and it’s been over a week! Absolutely disgusting!
