The room was absolutely beautiful, very clean and cozy, we did a little weekend getaway for my husband’s birthday and they gave us a complimentary Martinelli‘s since we don’t drink alcohol which is so nice that they had a alternative option for champagne, staff was friendly also the jacuzzi after snowboarding all day cured our aches and pain oh and the complimentary s’mores made the stay that much better

Courteous staff. Prices were very expensive. I recognize it is a resort but there were no laundry facilities for guests. They want $4 to wash a pair of socks with a 3 day turn around. That’s crazy. Construction restricted beach access. I wasn’t aware until I arrived. Google cast, Please step into some modern methods of streaming. Food prices are high for the restaurants on the grounds. $20 for a cocktail is completely out of line. This was my first vacation in 30 years and it was less than stellar for what I thought I was getting. Loved Tahoe but will stay somewhere else in the future. Just seemed like one big cash grab.
