The constant expectation of tips is extremely depressing. When I come down to place the food order, I don’t think a tip SHOULD be expected. …and when the person taking the order (Kelley) disappears and leaves my order in another worker’s hands (of which he knew nothing about) and the manager (William) was completely and purposefully unhelpful, I think tipping should be the last thing on anyone’s mind. Maybe genuinely wanting to hear feedback on how the process could be improved would have served future clients better. This took place in the restaurant, but the attitude is rampant throughout the location.

Incline Village visit

We had a nice relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Food we had was good from Cutthroats. Key fobs took some getting used to. Getting in and out of parking lot was sometimes challenging dependent upon key fob or card recognition. Charges $29 a day for parking in addition to $50 a day resort fee is ridiculous! We miss the Lone Eagle and look forward to future visits to this location upon its rebuild.

Hyatt had beach access that was easy to walk to . The beach was quiet had adirondack chairs and was great to go and sit at the beach and enjoy in the early morning or for that matter qany time. It is now gone because of construction. It will not return because greedy people think they know better than the people who enjoy the simplicity of natural beauty and relaxation.

Nestled right on the shore of Lake Tahoe, the property feels like its own private retreat while still being just minutes from Incline Village. You can walk from your room to the sand in under a minute, coffee in hand, and watch the sunrise paint the water in colors you didn’t think existed. Our room was spacious, immaculate, and designed with understated luxury — plush bedding, a fireplace, and a balcony view that could have been a postcard. Every detail felt intentional, from the cozy robes to the in-room coffee setup. The dining is fantastic, with Lone Eagle Grille standing out as a must-visit — a warm, lodge-style restaurant with floor-to-ceiling lake views and a menu that’s equal parts creative and comforting. Evenings by the massive outdoor fire pit, cocktail in hand, were pure bliss. Tahoe is a beautiful place. Too bad there is so much construction going on right now. Bed itself was comfortable. Pillows way too soft and sheets tucked into mattress too tightly. Room was not cleaned thoroughly each day.

Everything about this property is fantastic! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the pool area has very comfortable lounges with thick cushions on them. The beach is a short walkable distance and the restaurant is really top-notch. We are definitely going back soon.
