This is my eighth year out of 10 coming here for a week. I’m so glad they brought back room service. I almost didn’t come back because last year they didn’t have room service.

First, I’m so happy they now have room service again because it was so disappointing last year for them not to have room service like the other hotels My only complaint is that the grand Café didn’t have enough servers to avoid a 40 minute wait for breakfast half of their tables were empty so we had to leave the hotel and drive 10 minutes away to Ed’s place to have breakfast. The week I come every year is a very busy week and they should know we’re all going to want to have breakfast so they need to plan to have enough staff for the main breakfast area.! I like the new kiosk or self check in and I would recommend if you don’t want a long wait to get on an elevator stay in the tower that only has seven floors I had two different rooms and I loved each of them very clean and very well decorated. This is my eighth year since 2016 staying here.

The staff member that checked me in was amazing. My stay on the other hand was not. Housekeeping entered my room in the morning of checkout around 8 am. She did not knock. We told her we are still in here. She shut the door and a few moments later tired to enter our room again. Check out is 11 am. Upon leaving the property there was vomit on the fake grass in the area waiting for valet. It looked like it had been there a while. I will not be staying at this property again
