Had a great stay! Close and convenient to all NYC activities and public transportation. Hotel was clean, safe, and room was perfect for our needs with a fridge, microwave, safe, coffee. Special shout out to their staff! Very helpful and pleasant, always! Maintenance person went out of his way to be friendly and assist with a quick issue. Huge thanks to front desk manager Meriton, who worked magic to extend our stay. He was professional, helpful and went the extra mile to get us a good rate. Would absolutely book here again! Kiddos to the staff in particular- thank you!

I booked this hotel 5 months in advance to make sure that I had a good room for 3 adults - 2 double beds. Upon arrival I was told that the hotel had been oversold and they only had a room with a queen bed and a pullout couch for the the 1st 2 nights of 5 reserved. Pullout was very uncomfortable. I was offered compensation but it was not what I expected and in changing rooms we had to checkout and store our luggage while waiting to check in later in the day. It was very inconvenient and I was not impressed. I am still waiting on some of the compensation promised to me.

Very nice hotel on the border between the (awful) Times Square area to the west and the (much nicer) Rockefeller Center area to the east. Great buffet breakfast included, nice room, amenities.

15 minute elevator ride

Everything in the hotel is very tight but well thought. Breakfast is very good and free. The real pain is the elevator. Only seeing to believe it. It can take 15 minutes to get from your room to the lobby

Nice hotel, great location, terrible elevators

The hotel was in a great location, very clean and the staff were friendly. The elevators though were a major frustration. Going down from the 26th floor took as much as 15 minutes just to get an elevator and they got do crowded on the way down that at one point I had to get off at the 13th floor and run down the stairs. The system was very poor.
