I usually stay at the Place D’Armes but it was booked and suggested one of its sister hotels. Pleasantly surprised and every person we came in contact with was so nice and accommodating. Will definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at this hotel. Love the boutique style, and especially the location. The staff was very helpful and professional. The security was excellent. There were only a few down sides - the first was that one of the two elevators was out of service the entire time; the bar area had no entertainment on friday thru sunday; and the dining area only served a very limited breakfast (I discovered there was complimentary coffee in the morning only because I inquired). Also we booked this hotel specifically to view the Halloween parade (Crew of Boo). There should have been a small set of dedicated riser seating/standing on the sidewalk in front of the hotel for hotel guests. Unless you were in the very front row (which we weren't able to get) visibility of the parade was nearly impossible. That was a major disappointment. There should have been a designated area for hotel guests to see the parade. Risers or at least a roped off area would have been ideal.

The hotel was clean and structurally appealing. It's a dark hotel lights are kept low throughout the hallways-a little gloomy. The heat does not really work, the weather was unstable during our stay on cold nights we turned it up to 80 even 90 only cool air was blowing. For the most part a good stay no real complaints staff was attentive and pleasant. The bar service was great there's a pool table an oversized thrown chair great for pics. We did not utilize the onsite restaurant named Resurrection.
