My stay here was great. Room was clean and housekeeping is there in the morning and late evening to clean your room if needed. I lived the walk in glass shower. I stayed on the 30th floor and has a goo view of city and lake. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about activities to do in the area and recommended great places to check out

The one issue we did have was it WAS SO COLD IN THE HOTEL, THE AC WAS BLASTING ALL DAY AND NIGHT WE FROZE. you had to go outside to warm up. several guest complained about it. too. WE have to give a shout out to George, Tammy and Jerome. They made the trip fun and kept us in stitches all day and night. Tammy suggested two restaurants and they were great. The Coterie was fantastic. if back in the big easy we will stay there again.
