Smooth Jazz Trip

I was comfortable and felt safe. My request to not have room service was honored. Had a great view from my room of the city. No complaints whatsoever. Will return next year. Oh, it was convenient to many restaurants. The trip was to attend a concert given by Brian Culbertson.

The hotel is very nice and provides great customer service. If you drove, there is a fee per day to park your car. It’s in the heart of all the hustle and bustle of Canal Street.

We were able to walk to dining options and other places of interest. Staff was friendly and helpful in providing information. The location of the hotel is in a convenient location.

Our overall experience was good. There were several hiccups during our week long stay but each time the staff was polite, curtious, and willing to resolve. Refunds and service satisfaction voucher for lunch were received as compensation without prompting. We would stay again in the future.
