This property did not have parking for our oversized vehicle and we had to park 6 minutes away and paid $140 for two nights to park. The bathroom ceiling in our room was damaged and appeared to be taped together our shower didn’t work so we had to call for repair they put a piece on that was stripped. The pillows on the bed were worn and extremely flat and uncomfortable. They charged my card when I paid for the room when I booked it… when I checked in they charged my card $359 it was so much noise I couldn’t hear the representative because of the Mardi Gras festivities and she stated it I told her it was already paid online and another representative credited it back but it was just too much and it didn’t make sense definitely won’t be staying here for next year Mardi Gras especially at $359 for Friday and $399 for Saturday it was a disappointment and rip off

The hotel is in a great location. The low review is for being dishonest and rude staff. We booked a room that was labeled City and River view but there was no river view. They lied. Wifi was confusing as their sign in screen tries to trick you into buying more than you need but it's not clear making you think you have to buy it to get wifi. Another scam tacket. Lastly, the guy who checked me in (named Juval) was absolutely HORRIBLE! He was mumbling and I could not understand his English. He talked so far with slurrs I could not understand him. The room comes with a $20 credit but I had to drag this out of the guy. He stated it really quick so you can't really understand it. Once again, another scam tacket. The same thing for another $30 voucher as well. He was not clear at all with these programs. Then he fails to mention the bracelet requirement. I had to ask him about it. Once again his English was so bad I could barely understand it and had to repeat it a few times to finally figure out what it was about. JUVAL SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM DEALING WITH THE PUBLIC that involves speaking. Horrible horrible horrible. I hate to give a bad review about the hotel because of one of their employees but the other lies were not kosher. Would not recommend.
