Mardi Gras 2026 - Shout out to Ms. Dawn who delivered food with a smile on her face even though she was the only person running food for 3 early hours before others could get into work. Club breakfast and Happy Hour were excellent! Staff is gracious, drinks were great, food was good. Stay in the French Quarter tower, less floors, easier to get elevator.

First day my card for the doors stopped working all day until night they finally figured out what the issue was. Fridge didn't work, replaced that one and it didn't work, had to throw away my food. Took a 3rd time to get a working one. And my truck wheel got damaged in valet and it is custom. I can't just get another one. You really can't make this stuff up.

There was the most annoying noise in room 4009 coming out from the ceiling...at times sounded like water running through pipes, at times sounded like dragging metal or furniture on the floor. we were so tired after all the music, parades, floats. etc. but it was very hard to rest. we barely slept. We found other guests on our floor discussing the same issue.
