The hotel was very nice. Easy to find. Valet was reasonably priced. Walking distance to The Saenger Theater where we saw a concert. The walk was like 8 min. About a 10-15 minute walk to Bourbon St. Room was nice and clean. Great lighting in the bathroom. Front desk staff was pleasant. Would definitely stay again!

Front desk staff, luggage handlers and everyone else was amazingly polite and friendly. They helped us get around the city with directions or anything else we needed. The hotel is simply beautiful and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

We had great quick New Orleans trip with friends to see the Christmas decorations and enjoy the city. The Jung is in a great location. It is well appointed and has a very friendly staff. We have stayed there before and enjoyed it. The rooms are comparatively spacious. The bed was comfortable.

The front desk reception was not there when we arrived. They left the valet guy in charge and he was very unprofessional and clueless. The hotel looks very cold and dirty. The hallway walls are dirty and out room shower had hair in it, the soap was already opened and the wash towels were dirty. They moved us to another room that had an ozone machine and smelled of smoke. We canceled our reservation immediately
