The staff was friendly, the rooms were nice, the location down street from French Quarter. Coming from LA, and visiting during Mardi Gras, room rate, amenities, in house coffee shop and bar was a phenomenal deal and experience.

Majority of the hotel was beautiful. Right outside our room was a large painting barely held together by a broken frame which fell almost on us when we walked by it at checkin. Room very big and nice. Both recliners need to be cleaned! Armrests and seats were dinghy and the fabric was very dirty. Near the toilet were multiple pubic hairs on the floor and the opening of the toilet seat was so wide and uncomfortable. Bathroom was really nice as well as the rest of the room. Valet was sitting at the bar and never noticed me staring at the valet stand for over 30 minutes. Coffee shop worker was over 30 minutes late opening up. The hotel was under renovations in several areas and we were only there overnight so we didn’t get to explore. Minus the issues I mentioned, the hotel is very nice and I’m sure at the right time of year a beautiful place to stay.

The hotel was really great and the front desk person was very helpful. However, it was very cold outside when we arrived and the valet didn’t even help us with our luggage. I probably would not book this hotel in the future:

Your room was super spacious and felt luxurious! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I loved the marble floors! It reminded me of my family’s home in Vietnam. You were also the only place I knew of that had hotel robes. Very fun get away for me 😊
