Absolutely phenomenal service. Expedia did me dirty and let me think I was checked in without calling them. I arrived and they quickly found me a room with almost no trouble. The location is amazing, just close enough to the French Quarter and the River to be a quick walk, but not so close that you're worried about the revelers on Burbon wandering over and making noise.

The hotel was very nice and rustic. I enjoyed the high ceilings of the room. It just far enough from the French Quarter that you can’t hear any of the last night happenings. The room could have used a quick dust down, especially in the bathroom but overall very happy with our stay and would recommend.

The property was lovely. The thing I disliked the most is that I did not have a CHAIR in my room. Nothing to sit on except my bed. So annoying. I went to the front desk to ask about a chair. I was told "some rooms have them and some do not." I wanted to enjoy my stay and time with my family, so I chose peace. That response was UNACCEPTABLE!! Not even a care in the world was given. I work in customer service, I know what a bad day on the job looks snd sounds like. That receptionist could have cared less. That is truly my only complaint. Lovely hotel. The attached restaurant/bar was lovely as well. Great staff.
