Great location, close to the French Quarter, but quiet enough to get a good sleep. Comfy beds and rooms. Easy check-in with reserved spots in front of the hotel for easy parking during check-in and unloading. Public parking garage just up the street was an easy walk once you figured out how to get there. Will stay again.

Great location and in a quiet area of the French Quarter. Staff was friendly and always willing to share dinner recommendations. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. My only issue was the water pressure in the shower was terrible. And the mattress was not comfortable.

The bathroom is so small and tight! I’m not a big person but it’s not big person friendly! The smell of old musty wet was a smack in the face when you open the door to your room. The footsteps above all night and hours of the night. We met someone who stayed on the 4th floor and they hear footsteps from the rooftop? But the main pic is outside the building but next door. ADVERTISING OF THIS HOTEL IS VERY MISLEADING! Shouldn’t be allowed to represent the restaurant with the hotel. We come to this area quite often it was definitely an experience in this hotel. We rent cars too so parking was crazy at the mall not far but sketchy af! Not happy with this stay to be honest.

I really enjoyed my stay in this room. It was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easy to find, with shops and restaurants nearby.

The room was very basic, but the location made up for it. Staff were very helpful/friendly and the co-located restaurant/bar was useful. I would have loved a window I could open, better pillows and a decent light in the bathroom to do my makeup. As in most cases, the website pictures were more flattering than what I actually saw.
