We absolutely loved our visit to the new orleans Ritz. It's centrally located so you can get to the CBD, FQ or uptown easily. The staff was wonderful, especially the door man Sean! He was a delight to see everyday. We had a delicious breakfast on Thanksgiving day. The bar is also very nice and comfortable. There are so many great restaurants nearby. The ruby slipper is less than a block away and has a delicious breakfast. We will be back to stay in the 2 king bedroom again!!

The property looks aged in comparison to other Ritz-Carlton properties i have stayed in. Also, while conveniently located close to Bourbon street, the partying noise in the area is very loud throughout the night so it is not easy to get some sleep

Room was great and staff was helpful. The doormen are amazing. David was awesome. There are stairs to negotiate throughout the property. If you have mobility issues it isn’t for you. The views are spectacular and a great place for watching parades.
