Lovely hotel. Brilliant location

When it comes to Boutique Hotels, I'm a little tongue-in-cheek, but the Virgin hotel in Nola hit the mark. Latrell, at front desk was genuinely lovely, very welcoming and professional. The rooms were as pictured Rooftop had lovely views. Swimming pool was a tad small but cute. Eating in the hotel was reasonable, price-wise. My room had a beautiful view. The location was perfect! Away from the madness of bourbon st, but within walking distance. Altogether, a lovely experience

The Virgin is a Winner

This hotel is awesome. The rooms are uniquely designed and comfortable. The library and bar are great for socializing. The bar service is wonderful. I’ve stayed at many New Orleans hotels the past 25 years and this is now one of my favorites.

Once we arrived we were rushed to move our vehicle, our bags haven’t even exited the vehicles. Horrible feeling of not being wanted or cared for. Same night we attempted to shower and the handle and assembly fell apart. We notified the front desk immediately on 9/19 and it was never repaired our entire stay.

Hear me…if you are looking for luxury, chic, convenience and great views & vibes babbbby this is it! I always call ahead to confirm check in time, not only did they confirm an early check in BUT also that my room had been upgraded to a city view. Yall the bar was STACKED with every drink imaginable! The pool was the perfect temperature and food was GREAT! Anytime I’m in New Orleans I’m staying here!!!! Room 805 was perrrfect!
