The hotel was unique in its design. Well situated for New Orleans. Rooms were clean and staff friendly. The issue was the pool is a very attractive element to stay and the seating is first come first serve and the only spot open was 250$ to rent, so we could not enjoy the rooftop. We tried 3 x during our stay. The music was also way too loud. Further. The dinning room was closed for an event so breakfast was served in the lobby… felt very low class.

We stay here for my husband birthday . The check in was ok , hotel was really crowded. Only one elevator was working. W had to take the stairs to the roof top for our reservation. Security tried to make us move from our table without asking if we had reservations. This is because it was so unorganized. The bar tender was nice and tried to make it up by giving my husband a birthday shot. It’s decorated nice but it’s a bit to small of and place for me

Really great hotel. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Roof top bar is sooooo lovely. Made a great little treat to an outstanding hotel. The rooms are great. Nice walk in wardrobe and bathroom. The beds are enormous! Would defo stay here again. So easy to walk to the French quarter. The green line street car is a couple of blocks away. So convenient for everything. We walked everywhere.
