The staff at the coffee shop in the morning was not welcoming, and the breakfast offerings were basic. I do not see the benefit of staying at this hotel over a traditional Holiday inn. The service was sub-par, nothing special about the stay and the concierge was unresponsive. For price point, you are better off staying at Loews or Hilton. It appears there is more focus on the product and decor than service.

Amazing stay. Only issue we had was the no complimentary bottled water for guests. I know this seems rather trivial but we believe hotels shouldn’t charge their guests for bottled water. We recently stayed at the Virgin hotel in Nashville and they provided their guests with bottled water in their rooms daily.

I had a wonderful stay at Virgin Hotels New Orleans! The staff was exceptional—friendly, attentive, and truly dedicated to providing excellent customer service. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city, and the atmosphere of the hotel is modern and inviting. Every detail of my stay exceeded my expectations, and this will definitely be my go-to hotel whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!
