The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great! Location worked well because you had the option of taking the nearby trolley or walking to the french quarter. Also WWII museum was just around the corner. Would definitely stay again. Only issue is parking. They do have valet but it you park in the lot directly behind the hotel it is very expensive. Lot is not part of the hotel so just know it will cost you quite a bit. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Having stayed in many Holiday Inns, this was below par. ~The breakfast was adequate, nothing special. ~The service was good. The staff was friendly but absent from the front desk at times. One was complaining in the lobby about their job. One of the staff charged us for sundries another did not. There were no prices posted. The room had great AC and a comfortable bed, a fridge, microwave that worked. ~Towels were replaced but we didn’t have a bath mat after the first day. -The shower dripped after use and had mold in it. Hot water was plentiful. -We chose this hotel because it was on the streetcar line but it was broken during our stay. This cost us added inconvenience and travel expense. We were not told this until after we checked in. We should have gotten a discount on parking because of this.

No frills, clean hotel

No frills hotel in NOLA. Clean and simple. We liked having the included breakfast bar available before we went out for the day. Good location that is in between the quarter and the garden district with easy public transit access to both. We walked the 20 min walk back from the quarter nightly with ease and felt safe.

Over all Staff were extremely unprofessional . It was the worse experience. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for everything toilet paper, trash bags, towels , almost everything that should be included in your stay . $45 dollar for valet parking. $40 for self park on a lot not own by the hotel high risk . Not satisfied with the customer service , not satisfied with the cleanliness of the room service. The only positive thing about this place is the location and the breakfast .

Hotel don't have parking lot. You have to pay $45.00 for valet parking. We require a extra pillow to front desk, and she said they dno't have extra pillows. Next day one of cleaning team,gave us a two extra pillows.
