One of our friend's cars was broken into - in a gated parking deck that we had to paid. The lights would not turn off, the water pressure and hot water were bad. The blind was broken and there was a double bed in what was supposed to be in a queen size bedroom.

Our stay was great...quiet area but close to everything..riverfront, French quarter, museums and restaurants. Comfy bed and pillows and very affordable rates.

Bed Way Too High - Very Unhelpful and Noncaring

Bed was too high for elderly couple. Staff were unhelpful or just plain didn’t care. They were unable to sleep and situation was dangerous. We booked for my parents. Had to leave early. Charged full price. Ruined wedding of their grandson for them. PITIFUL PITIFUL PITIFUL Bed was even too high for me.
