Staff was really nice and room was clean but other parts in the hotel were not so clean, breakfast was messing and dirty. They had a tub of butter for everyone to dip in and use, which was dirty all inside, so not very sanitary.

Mardi Gras weekend. We were travelling out of New Orleans so we were victim of timing. Downtown and nicer places were booked or nearly a grand for the night. We got what we could get. It's was old and run down. Bedroom was big and spacious. Looks like they're trying to upgrade things but a lot of work needs to be done.

We decided to stay here during the week of the Super Bowl. Location was not ideal honestly but that has nothing to do with the staff or property owners. The staff was excellent and the location was clean. No complaints

The room is exactly like the picture. Spacious and very clean. The hotel is dated but it met our needs:). The staff was amazing. Very nice and accommodating! There is a Walmart and a number of restaurants near by. about 12-15 min from the French Quarter.

I chose this hotel for its convenient parking while attending the Taylor Swift concert, but the experience was beyond ridiculous. When I tried to check in, the front desk handed me a room key—only for me to open the door and find that the room was already occupied by two other travelers. My friend and I were completely shocked. We immediately went back to the front desk, only to be told that the standard room with two beds, which I had confirmed, was no longer available—the only option left was a Queen-size bed. This was completely unacceptable, as my friend (a female companion) and I are just friends. To make matters worse, the room had an unpleasant smell, adding to the overall nightmare of this stay. There was no explanation, no apology, and certainly no compensation for this absolute mess. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Unbelievable.

Felt very very unsafe. The shower head has nasty grime on it. There was a weird and not pleasant smell throughout. The window did not have a lock, only a small board to keep the other side from opening.
