The staff was extremely friendly, kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the property was dirty and the sheets in my room weren’t clean…had rodent droppings on it. When I asked to have clean sheets, the front desk said they’d have them changed, but that never happened. And my friend found a large roach in her bathroom on our last night there.

Ended up having rooms changed with no advances noticed. Fire alarm went off at 530 am, and a second time at 6 am. No reason or explanation for. Toilets in 2 different rooms didn’t work. Had to remove the back and fix them. Tv in room had to adjust to make work. WiFi was spotty. Location of your in the French quarters great Staff great Easy check in and check out Quieter side They do have cats by the pool.

Great location! Tired feet? Go back & chill at the off street courtyards or your room. Grabbed some souvenirs or food? Instead of lugging around a bunch of stuff, go back to your room for a drop off. The market nearby had a yummy deli so I loved having a fridge & microwave in the room. The resident cats are also a bonus & adorable.

The room door did not shut correctly, it was misaligned. There was pink chipping, and we were in a modern room, and there were cockroaches in the lobby and the stairways. We also had one cockroach in the bathroom as well of our hotel room.

This hotel has the old feeling of the French quarter but modern amenities. The door had a gap but the lock was secure. We felt safe. The decor was very beautiful. Brett did a great taking care of us through check in to check out. He even helped with our dinner choice and gave a coupon to use.

I would definitely stay here again! The staff is great. When I called, I never had to wait long for staff to answer. I booked two rooms (group girls trip) a couple months in advance and requested they be next to each other. We had our own secluded hallway with just two rooms at the end of it— it was perfect! When we discovered the AC was not working properly, they had someone address it quickly. They were super helpful when we checked out and stored our luggage before we left town later that day. An added bonus is the cute stray cats that roam around the property.

Overall, our stay was good. The area is much quieter than being right off of Bourbon yet still quite walkable. The only things that stick out to me is the cleaning. The tub had other people’s hair still in it when we checked in, and the shower curtain was moldy (although I totally understand that New Orleans is humid, so I’m sure it’s a losing battle).

Let’s just say that the pictures on here do not show what this place really looks like. The rooms are very small and dark. The door to our room did not close all the way leading to feeling very unsafe. Nonetheless, the staff was sweet and understandable. This just wasn’t the place for us.
