This hotel is amazing so clean so comfortable, love that parking is right across the street. 30 steps to the right is bourbon street. William was so kind and so helpful with plenty suggestions, he is without a doubt one of the finest.

I love the courtyard, the size of the rooms was great. The bed was comfortable. Check in process was easy. Parking was very close (across the street). However there were some blood stains in my bed when I first got there and I thought that was gross but I didn’t realize it until it was time to go to bed so I didn’t wanna go change rooms

Fire alarms kept going off all day Saturday and WiFi would not work more than a few minutes at a time. Spoke with hotel IT who said it was my problem. I was there for work for the weekend so it was a major issue. No food or room service on property. Parking/valet across the street down a ramp so a bit difficult being along with luggage and work bags. But the first night William the concierge was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming providing excellent service from trying to help me with the WiFi to bringing up food I doordashed. Overall id stay again if I went for pleasure, not business. The location was very convenient also

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Mazarin! The location is unbeatable—just steps away from Bourbon Street, which made exploring the French Quarter incredibly convenient. We were initially a little concerned about potential noise, given how close the hotel is to all the action, but honestly, it wasn’t bad at all once we were inside our room. That said, if you’re especially sensitive to sound at night, I’d recommend bringing a sound machine just to be safe. Our room was always perfectly cool, which was such a relief after walking around in the New Orleans heat. Overall, it was a comfortable and relaxing stay—we’d definitely come back!

We arrived late and was looking for a place for dinner. The front desk was extremely helpful and gave us a 10% discount to use at the restaurant. Oceana was walking distance and the food was delicious! We definitely will come back to stay longer.

The courtyard is nice but unfortunately the open atrium makes for vibration so strong from the music from the cars passing that it shakes the interior walls… but the hotel itself is beautiful the breakfast was too expensive for just a normal breakfast but tasted fine other than not much rest It was a nice stay but Nola is a party town so I get it… I’m not planning on returning to Nola again but if I did I would stay again for the price
