Keys weren’t working when we got there. Gave us a complimentary drink, but the communication wasn’t that great regarding that. I thought the rooms were a little nicer, but overall it wasn’t terrible though. The concierge guy was really nice and friendly & my drink was good.

Room was great, from the moment you walk in the whole staff is great, everyone was very friendly and made you feel welcomed! The bar and restaurant were great and that staff was exceptional as well! I’ve found my go to hotel for when I’m in New Orleans! Would recommend to anyone!

Hotel was room is always great. The valley driver on the other hand had a bad attitude. I’m still getting charged for my stay. I have 4 charges on my card. Never had this issue before and we stay at this hotel every time we visit New Orleans.

Check-in here was simple and easy and the staff was courteous. The room was sizeable yet comfortable. They were also very neat. The location was ideal in that all of the locations i needed to go to were in walking distance. My only complaint (which is minor) is that your hand towels would be missing every time housekeeping came to clean the room. I would have to go to the front desk to pick up new ones. I had to chuckle at myself bc i thought I was losing it. Nonetheless, it was great experience overall.

My three sisters and I had a wonderful stay at the LeMeridian. Location and the staff are amazing. The only drawback for us is one of my sisters has a mobility issue and walks with a walker. The roll in shower was small. If she would have been using a scooter it would have been very difficult to get in and out of the room itself. We still enjoyed our four night stay.

The room looked as if someone else was there before me. Trash in the trash can, alcohol cans already drunken, towel thrown on counter, just ridiculous for the amount of money I had to pay. I informed the front desk they claimed all housekeepers were gone for today . I’ve stayed there before and did not have an issue. But this time , I will never use the hotel again!
