The only positive I have to say about NOPSI was that the valet staff was excellent. The staff was not inviting, not kind, and everyone seemed like they did not want to be there. The room smelled like an old man spilled 3 bottles of bad cologne in it. The margaritas at the rooftop bar were 25$ a piece. Not top shelf just house tequila. I’m thinking we got ripped off honestly. I would not stay here. We walked past many other hotels in the area that the staff seemed much nicer just sitting by the door. As a frequent traveler this establishment was by far the worst.

this property is one of the few with a roof top bar and pool. the only problem is now they don't have a music they play is from reception area on the first floor which is elevator music. The bartender has no control at all. They use to have a DJ which made it very lively and posh. But now this are is every low energy and mundane. Still a great hotel great location, friendly staff...but man that music really sucks now. At least they could stream Spotify or any other radio service would be better

Please put a coffee pot in the rooms. Walking on the rug was not comfortable it was very uncomfortable and uneven. I really LOVE the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful and nice. I liked the rooftop. It was a very nice place to lounge. I will definitely recommend your hotel to people I know.

The hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed the accomodations. The only issue I have is that I chose "pay at property" and my card was charged a day before check in. When I got to the hotel they charged an additional $110 for incidentals and a $40 resort fee which it says $30 on hotels.com. I'm waiting for the return of the $70 incidentals charge which I was told would take 4-7 business days. If I choose pay at property then that's what I want to do. Charging my card a whole day PRIOR to check in is crazy. I wasn't even late checking in on the day I was SUPPOSED to check in.

Loved the friendly staff that greeted us upon arrival. The location was perfect walking distance to bourbon street and anything else we wanted to see. Truly a great stay. I enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar as well it was a pleasant surprise I must say.
