So, I went to NOLA to do French quarter stuff. It's a bit of a walk but Ubers to the parts of the French quarter aren't bad. The hotel itself was great in every metric. Clean, cool, good food (the chicken and sausage pasta was good). The staff were great and helpful. Comfy beds.

Pricing is not accurate when you book online here at hotels.com. Be prepared for extra charges and the staff don’t know how to explain them to you. If you have a service dog, they will treat them as a pet. Room was clean. The pictures show the pool open at night but it actually closes at 07:00 pm when it’s still sunny. No night swims.

Beautiful hotel.

Moms staycation. Rooms were clean and very large for being a historical building. Lobby is beautiful and the NOPSI memorabilia was nice to see displayed. The music at the pool is loud and only trap/rap/hip hop and i mean ONLY. So relaxing atmosphere after 10am there is not happening. No hair dryers in room. No coffee in regular rooms.

Hotel has a great location in the central business distric of NOLA. The onsite restaurant has good food, service was kinda slow but overall good. Hotel room was nice we had an issue on check in with cleanliness and then during our 4 night stay we didn't get any housekeeping service other than delivering towels each day.
