It was great, and the staff was very friendly! There is nowhere for your dog to go to the bathroom around the perimeter of the hotel, so that was somewhat cumbersome

Overall great location great staff ! The only thing the restaurant and roof top bar were closed and we were starving so the hours of operation did not match the actual times. They closed at 7 and 9:30 on a holiday weekend when the place was packed so we had to go look for food at night somewhere else. Valet staff is very helpful and sweet!

The staff were amazing!! From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiles and southern hospitality!! The hotel is convenient and walkable to all attractions in downtown NOLA, however is located on a quit, safe street.

A Magical Christmas Stay in New Orleans... Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. The Christmas décor was stunning—every corner felt festive, thoughtful, and full of charm. The history of the building added so much character, from the light‑bulb salt and pepper shakers in the restaurant to the beautiful historical touches in the front foyer. It all made the experience feel extra special. A huge shoutout to Sean at reception, who went above and beyond for us. He was courteous, friendly, and—bonus—a fellow football fan! His warmth set the tone for our whole stay. We come to New Orleans once a year for a Saints game, and after this visit, we’ll definitely be staying here again. The location is perfect and close to everything we needed.
