Unfortunately I was very disappointed and upset in the end. I was overcharged by double which I ended up wasting a day and a half trying to work through with management. Most of the money was eventually reimbursed also without the currency conversion fee (which they promised to reimburse and only 1/4 of that was) There was also a charge which I wasn’t told about $50per day US charge up front for incidentals and $15 of that you need to redeem on purchase in the hotel. They had promised to resolve the day before leaving, said they would email when looked at by accounting that day and didn’t. On checking out the ladies on desk were rude and said I didn’t need to be reimbursed for anything with no apology or empathy. Felt awful when I had to leave for my flight. I paid twice as much money than I have previously at other hotels in New Orleans and had the worst experience. The room cleaning requests and sheet change I had to ask twice about and remind of the suitable times as well as toilet paper and tissues.. the cleaning was missed on 4 days and I had to wipe all draws out on arrival after 30 hours of flying… I will never stay there again and they still owe me money for their mistakes. This is not up to standard advertised…
