While the Hotel itself was nice, I was not impressed. One of the elevators was down our entire trip. Staff was very nice, but once outside the Hotel it was bad. Great central location, but sadly I would never return to the area. Just to gross

The rooms arw lovely. This Hotel is very high end for not high end pricing. If you want a hotel in the middle of the Bourbon Street scene, this is it. Walk right out the fron door onto Bourbon Street with easy to access parking. I will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, our stay was very good. The window in our room faced Bourbon Street, which was very loud until about 4am. The front desk staff were not very knowledgeable when we questioned charges we found on our credit cards. The pool area is very nice and the pool bar staff were great. It would be nice when checking in, if the staff could share with you any perks/discounts you get while staying there. We did not realize you get a $15 voucher for a drink at the pool bar. That information was in emails, but you get so many emails prior to the trip, it’s overwhelming.

Property is good location right on bourbon street. However Room service was lacking. Several days, house keeping did not change or provide new cubs, coffee, and trash was left in room overflowing. The body wash dispenser was left empty 80% of our stay, even after communicating to front desk. TV had signal issues, which isn't a huge deal but when you want to relax for 10 min and can't its an inconvenience. Resort fee was charged each day even with poor service and lack of house keeping.

Malcom the concierge was the best thing this hotel has, he made everything x10 , not one person who interacted with him didn’t walk away smiling from ear to ear, the rooms need help, the carpet was a bit musty, and dated, definitely needs a makeover, lots of rust showing and no water pressure in the shower , but realize the hotel was built in 1969, a little spruce up and can come back to its grand glory, I would absolutely stay again because of malcom

Location was good, nice court yard and front desk friendly. Bartender at bar at pool was great. Hall carpet was pretty bad and dirty, 8 dollars for a water in our room seems expensive and at the prices we paid per night should have been included. Woman with kids yelling at the pool and hotel employees out there with them but did nothing until people staying there started complaining.
