The staff was so helpful and accommodating! The location was perfect! We were able to catch the famous Krewe of Halloween parade right outside the hotel. I’ll definitely be back!

Very disappointed at this place . Rated 4 stars , they didn’t have hot water for shower . I asked them to fix and they didn’t even help . Manager said he would and they never did nor any updates . The tub had drainage issue and water would stay for long that made the cold shower more disgusting .

Within walking distance to French Quarters and Bourbon Street. The pool gate is very hard to open. Had to lift handle up instead of down. A lot of us were struggling opening it.
