Breakfast was good except for the potatoes-SUPER DRY and bland/hard/crispy.
Front desk staff very nice and friendly
Bartender seemed annoyed with us asking for drinks about 10 minutes before happy hour ended. Generally a bit unfriendly/unwelcoming
Man sweeping room at breakfast was amazingly friendly
My room was hot and uncomfortable because the AC wasn’t really working adequately.
The hallway stunk like rotten wet cloths
The shower grout was filthy/grimy
My toilet clogged which sucked but the response to fix it was excellent. I had to call down to get help but there weren’t any instructions on the phone. Most hotels tell have labels on the phone so you know what to press to call people.
My fitted sheet on the bed looked dingy
and stained.
It would be nice to have a light in the hallway by the mirror and perhaps a fan in the living and sleeping areas due to the poor airflow/AC situation. It would also be nice to have the lamp style with the extra plugs on both sides of the bed.
I was with friends who had three different rooms and I know one had toilet trouble too. The other one had a loud fan outside their room for most of the stay.
Not the worst experience but not the best either.
I do like that the door was card entry as it got later.
