The room and staff were great. The only complaint I had is the wait for check in. Check in is at 4, but we had to wait for an lour to get into our room. This was annoying after traveling to get there. Other than that the stay was great!

Room: pluses-Beautiful condition, clean etc Minus-Very low water pressure. Bed real soft was not comfortable to me. I paid for handicapped room and it had all the pull bars and such but had a tub, which I could not have gotten it even if it was just to stand and use the shower. Staff: Very pleasant, helpful and courteous. Great customer service and exemplary behavior. Amenities: Loved the room service selection. Food was excellent, hot and delivered fairly quickly.

The room was clean. The staff was very accommodating. We dealt with a slow draining sink and staff had it fixed with no long time inconvenience to our trip. The on site restaurant/Sports Bar was the BEST FOOD I had the entire trip.
