Location is great. Relatively clean, but being pet friendly, you should make sure the dog hair isn't bunched up in the elevators. Our dishwasher did not work. Repeated attempts to have it fixed or provide dish soap so we could hand wash were ignored. After the 4th attempt, they finally gave the dish soap. Would definitely stay there again.

Homelessness is taking over our country. I didn’t expect to see people sleeping at the bus stop and right outside of the property. As a New Yorker I’m accustomed to it. People from the suburbs may be a little uncomfortable. Too close, for comfort kind of thing.

Bad servise

I stayed four nights on Feb. 16-20. The room was so far away from the elevators. I did try to change to one that would be closer, but it was still so far. I did not see so many people, but the front desk looked not very happy to change our room. The first day when we checked in. I told the room cleaner that we don't need to clean only tomorrow. however on one came over to clean up for 4 days even though I did not put the private sign out. We never got cleaning at all 4 nights. Someone did come over to check the AC. I did call the front desk to clean up but was told I had to wait until tomorrow. Then we checked out without get any clean up.
