Nobody from house keeping ever came by room to see if we needed anything. I had to request to have some fresh towels brought to my room. Call the front desk after spending 10 minutes on the phone to have the coffee, creamer and sugar replaced in the room. It took several calls and after an hour the re-supply of coffee was finally delivered to my room.

Decent accommodations on the north end of the French Quarter. Had everything we needed within walking distance of the quarter. Daily breakfast was reasonably good with a variety of choices. All the staff we encountered were friendly, professional and helpful. All in all, no complaints and we'd stay here again.

The staff at this hotel were outstanding, given the difficult conditions in New Orleans due to winter storm Enzo. Their friendliness, willingness to help, cheerfulness, and willingness to find solutions for their guests was as good as it could have been. They helped make what could have been a miserable time very enjoyable.

Location is good, the staff is not very responsive. On a 8 night stay my room was only cleaned twice, that too after repeated requests. The shampoo in the bathroom was empty and it stayed empty all 8 nights even after repeated requests. Not even sure if the rooms are vacumed. The water in the shower kept dripping. The door in the bathroom didnā€™t even close. All day complimentary coffee was nice, the breakfast was subpar. Also if you want to park your car that is going to be additional $60 a night and there are no upgrade options.

The hotel was convenient to everything - walking distance to local excitement and still far away enough to be quiet - so perfect to enjoy and still not be bothered by the nighttime indulgences. It was clean, smelled great and was secure with roomkey entry at the entrance, at all times.

Great location, walking distance to the French Quarter, easy parking (paid valet), very nice hot breakfast. The suites have a complete kitchen, a convenience store is located near Jackson Square to get everything needed.

This property is fantastic! The amenities are what you would expect for this chain. It is a very spacious suite, and extremely comfortable. But the thing that stands out about this property is the very kind and accommodating staff. My daughter and I and our dog were traveling across the country, and our New Orleans stop was the last night of our trip. Then - a freak snow storm rolled in and we were stuck and not able to leave. The hotel was so helpful and accommodating, putting us right back in our same room. The valet was awesome, as well as the front desk staff. I cannot say enough good things about this place! I would HIGHLY recommend it!

Fridge, dishwasher, electric range top, kitchen complete w/ cups, glasses, plates, bowls and silverware. Used home suites before, they don't disappoint. Great matress, large shower. Table and chair (could use another chair) and a couch.
