Very nice staff, well furnished rooms and lobby, warm and welcoming vibe. Small room and bathroom was tight. We couldn’t maneuver 2 people in and out. Food was decent at the bar/restaurant but no music playing. There was either a basketball game on or silence which made the ambience somewhere I wouldn’t want to stay for a drink.

Rooms were really tiny. Didn’t have a safe to secure items. I was in the 7th floor and every time someone came in or out of their room, I thought someone was coming in ours because of the loud noise. One day, housekeeping didn’t even bother to clean my room. The staff was always engaging with one another and didn’t really interact with the guests. And lastly, I wanted to use the extra blanket in the closet and it smelled like mildew. I really don’t have too many positives and expected a little more from hotel indigo. It’s in a decent location so you can walk to Canal and the French Quarter. The bed was fairly comfortable but, didn’t feel like a king size bed as we requested. Upon me and my fiancé’s arrival, and going to our room, there was a housekeeping supervisor at our room door opening it, and asking us if this was our room while we waited her to finish. A little odd because we didn’t know who she was standing there opening our door with us. I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel, again.

Staff was great' The valet parking was the main reason we booked it. The restaurant closed at ten, so we only had snacks after the Pelicans basketball game. Overall the hotel is a great place to stay.

Room was clean and appealing. Staff was very friendly. Pillows were quite uncomfortable, and my door wouldn’t shut on its own or very easily and had to wrestle it open and closed. Also had trouble with my room key multiple times.

The staff was excellent, both friendly and helpful. The one concern was that we asked for maintenance to fix several things but they either forgot or just didn’t look at the broken hand towel holder (hanging off the wall), the clear tape on the ceiling and the somewhat noisy HVAC system. The restaurant is very good with staff being very efficient and attentive.
