Poor greeting at the reception, Indigo is an overall C- The icemaker on the floor was broken (picture attached), the coffe maker didn't work properly. The bathroom door metal frame and hinges showed some rustiness. The room was clean and bed were nicely made daily

Great Stay in New Orleans

Great Hotel close to all the action. We chose to stay a little outside the French Quarter area to escape some of the nightlife when it was time to get rest. This location is great it’s a short walk to Canal and Bourbon streets. Hotel was clean and modern. Staff was great!!

I definitely enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and clean. Housekeeping seemed to always be available if needed. I love the idea of being so close to canal and Bourbon. Less than 3 min walk. Valet parking was a little high but Good news there was a parking garage that was only a 5 minutes walk.
