The room was nice and the staff friendly. Expedia mentions a restaurant on site and there is not one which was a reason I booked here. Because of Christmas there was not breakfast the 3 days we stayed. I would have liked to know these things when/before booking.

Another wonderful New Orleans trip staying at the Provincial. We are always treated well & the location can't be beat for us. The rooms have recently been upgraded, but keep the "old world" charm. Tom at the Ice House Bar is terrific, there was 10 of us & he took very good care of our group.

Rooms were on the smaller side, but spotless. Bed and pillows were super soft. The concierge was wonderfull, and cleaning staff were helpful in obtaining additional supplies (tissues, TP, towels) as needed. The porter we had could use improvement, as no bags were carried and we were loosely guided to building 5 and our floor pointed out. Loved my accommodations, but not handicap friendly in some areas.
