Overall we had a great stay. Friendly staff, awesome free breakfast, dinner and drinks, and we enjoyed the pool area as well. Only complaint was that our bathroom could have been cleaner. The tub had hair down n it and the floor was dirty, causing the bathmat to get stained when it was wet.

Incredible staff

We had an absolutely amazing stay, the hotel is so comfortable, breakfast was delicious, and having the kick back was a great addition- we went a couple of times for a drink before heading out. The hotel decor is a little dated but that doesn't take away from how great this place is, it's a perfect location, just a few blocks from Canal and Bourbon, but also to explore other areas of the city. The pool was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing- the hot tub helped too! However, the best thing about this hotel is the staff themselves- everyone we encountered was so friendly and polite, nothing was too much. From Alicia at check in, Dee and the manager who went out to get stamps for me as shops only sold books rather than individual ones, and everyone else, you made our stay so welcoming and comfortable. We really had such a wonderful time and would definitely recommend anyone to stay here (it feels more like a 4 star than 3)

Five-Star Stay at Drury Inn New Orleans!

We recently stayed at the Drury Inn in New Orleans and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. The hotel checks all the boxes you’d expect—clean and comfortable rooms, a great location close to everything, and a hot breakfast that starts your day off right. But what really made this stay stand out was the “5:30 Kickback” evening event. Every night, guests are treated to free cocktails and a rotating selection of hot food—and we’re not talking just snacks. We’re talking real, satisfying meals that made it easy to relax at the hotel after a long day of exploring the city. The atmosphere was lively and friendly, making it a great way to meet fellow travelers or just wind down with your group. The staff throughout the hotel were equally impressive—consistently warm, helpful, and attentive. It’s clear that guest comfort is a top priority here. All in all, the Drury Inn made our New Orleans visit even more enjoyable, and the evening “meet-up” experience was the cherry on top. Highly recommend!

Jazz Fest

Nice Hotel with good location. Very generous breakfast and complimentary “happy hour”. We just had a little issue with the quality of housekeeping.

Excellent Hotel

This was a girls trip and the choice of the Drury Plaza Hotel New Orleans was the right one. The staff was helpful and always had a smile. It was clean and neat and the hotel maids were great when it came to cleaning our rooms. I would and have referred others to this particular hotel.

Very nice hotel in a really good location. 5 star all around. Front desk and GM's very polite and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean and beautiful. Will definitely be staying here again.

The property is totally fine and staff are great. The rooms are "boring" in that NOLA has much art, character, architecture and the actual rooms of this hotel were very plain. Only one window without a view...it felt like the Dreary hotel instead of the Drury while you were in your room. Otherwise, super terrific in every other way. Pool and gym were great. Staff, breakfast and cleanliness, top notch.

VERY DISAPPOINTED, MISLEADING RATINGS AND PRICE

Old hotel with old fixtures. Cheap drinks and food. It's a budget hotel with low end budget amenities. Stay at new Mariott Inn somewhere outside the Quarter if don't need to be in the Quarter. By the time you pay $35 Self Parking +$50 incidentals depost and taxes the $160 room rate quote = $370.00. You could have stayed at the InterContinental Hotel. On a scale of 1 to 5 .. this is a 2+ rating. (I hate making decisons on websites like this becasue of the misleading rateings given). Semi-nice Front desk staff but mostlty all NOLA'ians are semi-nice and friendly.
