What I didn’t like, was not so much the property, but in our room, there was stains on the headboards. The water was either extremely hot or extremely cold and we had to exert ourselves just to turn the faucet on. I found it to be very average for a place to charge me that kind of money.

This is a beautiful property with lovely rooms. I’m on the fence as to whether I would stay here again however. The service was not up to par for the quality of hotel. I literally could NEVER reach the front desk. They have a very convoluted system which has to go through the sister hotel (the Harrah). The result is that none ever picked up the phone; not even once. The staff even suggested complaining about it because they said it was inefficient. Their restaurant system is also very odd. One has to order from the restaurants in the casino and have it delivered or be picked up. I ordered from Bobby Flay’s for delivery. The staff has apparently unplugged the iPad which receives orders to plug in their personal phones and didn’t know I had ordered. 1.25 hours later no order. I had to go downstairs to find out that the order wasn’t even started. The cashier was actually going to charge me for a new order that I would have to wait for. Did I mention that I’m disabled so walking all of this distance was a chore? A lovely woman dressed in black who appeared to manage the whole area stepped in and comped the meal, asking the staff why they would be trying to charge me for their incompetence? She was great! But the experience overall with this left a sour taste in my mouth, no pun intended.

Electrical outlets did not work in bathroom and neither did the mirror lights. Stains on furniture. Coffee pot did not work. Thought I booked at Caesers, not Harrahs. Paid a lot of money for very average when I thought I was going to Caesars. Could have sated down the road for much lesser and probably the same conditions.

First the booking said Ceasars but I was told to check in at Harrahs. Older building at great location and room are nice. However I was not told and there was no notice in the room telling me that I had to request house keeping to fix room everytime. Was not pleasant coming to room at midnight and room not clean even afyer requestingbitb3 times. Other than that room is nice and clean.

My suite was absolutely beautiful and spacious, the thermostat was easily operable, I even had a concierge on-hand, I didn't need to use it but they kept checking in to make sure I was good & I appreciated that, .and one last thing- The casino was easily accessible from the hotel- I liked that as well.😊

This is located between the Quarter and the Convention Center, with a ton of dining options in either direction. The casino is a nice getaway (even for light gamblers like me), but the table minimums are too high. There's a lot of confusion regarding the hotel brands and where guests will actually be staying. Even though my group booked at Caesar's, half of us were moved to Harrah's. It's not a big deal, but walking back and forth with bags wastes time. The parking garage, elevators, and tunnel between brands are GROSS. Simply deep cleaning and painting would make a huge difference in the guest experience. Overall, a good experience, but there's plenty of room for improvement.
