This property is close to the inner city close to Bourbon Street. I did not like the pool area that's where they put me in last time and I requested that I'll be put on the inner hotel area. I hope they accommodate me next time and put me on the inner hotel area and nowhere is by the pool. I had double knee surgery and I cannot walk up and down those stairs at the pool area but everything else is fine

This hotel exceeds expectation. Large rooms and cleanand friendly staff. Wifi is nit optimal on top floor, but enough space and beds are good.

Deception, drug dealers and stealing my room fee

New bicycle not allowed in room. Forced to leave outside in unsecure pool area. Told to leave by ma'am not in security uniform claiming to be security. And a man came in that earlier on the street in the AM was trying about his felonies and drug dealing!

Got here and the staff was very stand offish but not rude, we got up to our room, my husband went in to take a shower and the water didn’t get hot, the toilet wouldn’t flush, and the bathroom light was out! Went to the front desk and they switch our room to 2 rooms down, walk in and almost slipped because the ac was not on in the month of August and the condensation was so bad the floor was visibly wet, they said this was a non smoking room but the desk had multiple after multiple burns on it and the edges of the desk are pulled back, not even a mini fridge or microwave, although the lobby makes the place look like it’s going to have nice rooms they are not, even for the price it’s not worth it, site says 4 min drive from bourbon st buts it’s almost 20 min! Over all very unsatisfied the days inn around the corner is ten times better wish I would’ve stayed there again! The only good thing I can say is the beds are new and bedding is clean and the parking lot is gated. The hotel has potential but it seriously needs a lot of work!

I was told that I had to pay a 75$ deposit on top of the expense for the room when I was checking in but I was charged 90$ also told me I would get the deposit back within thee to five business days it's been over a month and I still have not received my deposit back
