Not gonna lie from the outside I was a little worried, but it had that old Orleans vibe, inside was redone modern , room was awesome, updated room , bare minimum but they tell no frills , I like it kept it simple

The staff were nice and friendly, but our room wasn't ready and we arrived nearly at 7pm. The door leading to/from the secure parking lot (another plus) was broken, so all night we had noise from people struggling to open it. Our bathroom door had no doorknob, just an open hole where it should be. The mattress was comfortable but was too far from the wall, leaving a gap for your pillow to fall into. The floors in our room were so dirty that after just a few minutes walking around barefoot, the bottoms of our feet were pitch black. We laid the towels down on the ground so we had a path to walk along. The rooms have portable heaters/ACs with the plastic vent attached to the window. Kind of loud.

Coming to this hotel was a terrible decision. Two of the staff members like to give customers a hard time, especially the hotel manager. The unprofessional hotel manager doesn't like to answer questions, especially if it's about the hotel policy 🙄...... Oh! I booked a room at this hotel...had to pay a deposit of $75 which is refundable after your stay right!......and babyyy these people that work for this hotel refunded my $75 then took it back out of my account as if im not going to noticed it gone😒. By the way, please keep your account secure when attending midtown hotel.On Tulane, these employees are greedy!!!
