My shower was cold every day of my stay but i had hot water in the sink. I had to ask for body soap because it was empty. We ordered room service and they didn't give us any salad dressing for the salad even though we asked for extra. We called to let them know, and they informed us that we'd have to wait 45 minutes to correct their mistake. Im also a Marriott Bonvoy Member Hotel and Credit card and didn't feel like it. I paid for my stay it wasnt free, but that makes me wonder what the free stays that im owed as part of my membership will be like?

I’m not giving this stay 5 stars because our fire alarm in our room was faulty and it kept going off at 1am and 2am during our second night. We didn’t realize it was just our room for about 10minutes until we got a call from the front desk. The staff were great about it and moved us to a similar room on the same floor. But we still had to pack up and get dressed in the middle of the night. Not ideal but they bumped us to the elite member status and we got free breakfast the next morning. The new room had a huge piece of dust hanging from the bathroom vent. Otherwise, very clean and the staff are absolutely wonderful.
