I had a great stay this place. We stayed in the king premier jacuzzi room. Jacuzzi was hard to figure out but beautiful and so was the bedroom its self( though i wish it had a microwave). The hotel itself was great. We didnt get to try the Rib Room but we did go to the bar and the cocktails were delicious. Staff was super nice and gave us great recommendations. The area was close to everything without being too close to all the parting. All in all great experience

staff was wonderful However...first night the fan for the heater/ac would not go off...finally call front desk at 4am and they told me they had to turn it off on their end and that i could not turn it off in the room,,,second day fan was off all day and then went on again...then I was told they could not turn it off on their end and we needed to change rooms...first they were taking us from 512 to 412 and similar problem so then we went to room 444 and no problem..finally got to bed close to midnight....The next major problem was the day before we were leaving we went back to the room late afternoon to take a shower befor going to dinner and there was not hot water....Engineers were working on problem.....our flight the next morning was at 6:45 am so arranged for a 5am pick up which meant we needed to be up by 4-4-15am did not get to take showers until after 8pm. very frustratin I think the hotel shoud give us a credit off the room for these major incidents.
