Everything was a tad of a walk, so wear comfortable shoes. Staff was extremely friendly. I valeted and glad I did, all valet staff were friendly and prompt, they even assisted with loading and unloading my bags.

The staff were very kind! The hotel itself was very quiet, my fiance and I went to bed early as we were beat most nights and never had any problems. The breakfast was pretty good fresh eggs and different meat options each day.

Dirty and funky

The staff was friendly, but repeatedly failed to honor simple requests for several days. I had requested the bath products be refilled 3 times, but nothing so I approached a housekeeper who finally did. I requested no housekeeping services other than the refill of products. The carpets were filthy and probably needed to be replaced 10 years ago. Certain places like the elevators and hallways were obviously skipped by housekeeping on a regular basis. There was a funky smell in the room from the beginning. On the 5th day, there was a mouse in my room. Its in a good location and there is value for your money. I dont think it would take a lot to get this property in better shape.
