I would have rated higher but the bed was hard, so I slept on the couch. A pipe in the ceiling sprung a leak so we had to move rooms. The manager said he was going to give us a basket and a voucher for a free night but it never happened. He shouldn’t have offered us this and then not delivered. Location was good and ability to cook some of our meals were good. Some of the staff at front weren’t very helpful but a couple of them were very good.

Customer service was good as well as the breakfast. Opportunities for improvement would be the water system as the pressure was very low and not hot at all. Even though they over booked and didn't have the room available at check in they did deliver within the timeframe that was provided at check in. Overall, it was an okay stay.
