We like how close we were to the strip yet far enough away it wasn't crazy. We didn't like the parking situation it was very vague on were so we used valet and it was 75 dollars for 1 night.

The hotel is in a nice area, the staff was friendly and very helpful. I gave it 4 stars because the hotel itself need improvements only the hotel owner could provide. The shower was stained, the shower head was weak with no much pressure & the pull out bed felt worse than the floor. I had to ask for multiple mattress pads to be able to tolerate sleeping on it. The staff made sure I got what I requested though so big ups to them. My small issues weren’t their fault. I’d recommend anyone stay, just go but a foam mattress from walmart if you need the sofa bed.

Walkable to the WW II museum and other sites. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had several questions and requests and everything was answered and addressed quickly. The breakfast was great.

The property itself was fine, old but clean. Had everything you needed for our family. Close to the museums. Parking is a premium. Prepay at the Dixie Lot to save money. But not at the lot, but still cheaper than the hotel. No complaints.

The overall experience was good. The biggest issue that brings down the whole value and 5star worthiness is the acceptance of marijuana smoking. There are so many children and families present and the horrible smell smothers throughout the entire building and rooms.

The staff gave me an attitude as she told me she couldn’t accommodate a late checkout! The breakfast was limited and what was there was cold by 7 a.m. and the pool had 50 children in it alll night making it impossible for anyone else to enjoy it! And the hours it was open and closed made it impossible
