I prepaid through Expedia. I had to leave one day early due to the snow storm on the east coast. When I inquired about a refund for the 1 unused night I was told by the person at the front desk that I had to go through Expedia as it was paid to them. When Expedia contacted the property they declined the request because I had checked out... Not pleased AT ALL! The cleanliness of the room was OK except the carpet that was filthy, it had never been cleaned since it was put down I am quite certain. Same in the common areas of the hotel. The elevator was dirty. Choose another property.... I will never stay there again.
