The room was very small and the housekeeper never came to clean the room. We ran out of toilet paper. And, of course, housekeeping never fixed that issue. However, it's in a great location. Right in the middle of the French Quarter.

Good stay, reasonably priced

The hotel was pretty good, walking distance to most of things to do in the french quarters. It was approximately a 3 minute walk to bourbon st.. The restaurant attached had fantastic food and service. The only complaint was the Water heater was a bit iffy so the hot water went out frequently while showering

Great centrally located hotel downtown in the French quarter. Relatively well priced with security after 9 pm. Unfortunately, our bathroom sink did not drain quickly and was semi-clogged so that was annoying. Also, did not appreciate political comments made to me by hotel staff upon checking in. This is a hotel, not a political convention. Refrain from making political comments to your guests, even in jest. I shouldn’t have to hear about your political affiliations, I just want a place to sleep. Consider this as part of your professional development, it can make your guests feel uncomfortable and even unwelcome.

The only real positives of this property are its price and its location. It's quite run down. Other tidbits: Leaving the toilet seat up when they clean even when you ask them to stop. They defended this saying it was their policy. Said no other hotel in America ever. One of these days someone elderly will fall and you'll get sued. And they'll win because there is no reason to do this except stupidity. Not doing a complete job cleaning. Coffee area not wiped and trash left. Ridiculously small bathroom counters that you can't put anything on. Spotty replenishment of bathroom supplies. Unfriendly front staff. Closing their front doors at 9 pm. Scratched furniture, dingy wallpaper Wouldn't return here.
