Quick service at valet upon arrival and when checking out. The check-in counter was courteous. The room was clean and spacious and the hotel is in a fabulous location. However, the "Destination Fee" is a way to charge you an additional $30 fee for something you do not want or need. Who needs a collapsible water bottle-no one. This is not environmentally friendly and the 2 free shuttle tickets-didn't use. The $15 credit at the restaurant next door will not buy even a breakfast. When I asked if I could apply this fee to parking - no you can not. This is crazy.

The expected charge for my hotel stay was $564.66, yet I was billed for $859.59! When I inquired about the price difference, I was advised by hotel staff, that I had been charged a smoking fee. The problem is, I do not smoke nor was I around smoking of any kind during my stay. When I asked for documentation showing evidence of smoking (cigarette butts, lighter, ashes, etc. with an itemized bill) I was told it’s a censor in the rooms, that detects smoke & the fee is automatically applied. To be charged almost $300 when there was no smoking in or around the property is & no actual evidence is crazy. I will never book here again, because I feel like I’ve been fraudulently charged

Very nice stay- 3 nights and I had no issues. I opted for the king suite which was very ample and nice amenities. I was on a higher floor, so I had a nice view of the activities on Canal Street. Staff were always professional and super friendly. I would definitely book again with Wyndham New Orleans-French Quarter.

It is been more than 3 weeks that I was asked with a $150 deposit for the hotel that it was promised that was going to be reimbursed in 8-10 business days from my bank and at this moment, I still do not have it. At the exit they said that I was going to receive an invoice by email and I never received it. The price I did my reservation does not match with was I was charged (even considering the $25 extra fees daily, but still the numbers do not check).

The staff are excellent!! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean!! Air conditioner works great!! The restaurant is delicious!! The location couldn’t be better. I honestly can’t think of a single thing to complain about.
