Beautiful and comfortable hotel. Great location away from chaos but close to streetcars to take you where you want to go. Staff seem a little moody and annoyed when you ask them questions. I imagine they get a little tired of dealing with tourists every day. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Hotel was in a great location, right off trolly stop. cafes and restaurants near by. Quiet area. Bluebike racks were right across St Charles, which was very convenient. Staff was super attentive and welcoming. We were able to leave our luggage until we could check in, and had early check in as well.

Free onsite, secure parking. Room was very clean. Loved the seating area. There is a water filler for filtered water. There is some construction next door but rooms have a sound machine to help with the noise AND earplugs are provided. Excellent location. Street car line right across the street. The property is located right across the street from a street car stop. The lobby is nice and clean. Other areas of the hotel need some general maintenance with some water damage here and there. Our room was decently clean, but the floors were dirty. The beds were comfortable. Overall, I would stay here again. The hotel doors lock at night and you have to use a code to get in. We were group of girls and never felt unsafe in the area.
